Tried to pay for my order several times but wouldn’t process payment . Asked the Ai bot to help on web site totally useless advice it gave . Tried again to process payment several hours later and payment went through. I nearly went to another supplier

Appalling service
Ordered two toilets that were allegedly in stock on the 14th of August, have had two cancelled deliveries so far and just received a message to say they would be delivered tomorrow (2nd September) only to get a message 2 minutes later to say to ignore the previous message !! Tried to call and email Victoria Plumbing but both unsuccessfully. Absolutely terrible service

Buyers consumers rights counters that and if the product is not fit for purpose damaged or faulty you have to replace
