The emergency team were great really supportive and so helpful.

Kind and professional staff a lovely visit considering the stressful situation

We had to rush our little boy cat Stellie here in the evening after he suddenly developed symptoms that looked like he had a urine obstruction. We arrived at Vets Now and after I told the nurse on reception that he was known to have urine crystals previously she made sure he was seen first as a blockage can be life threatening.
When we went through to see the vet we were relieved that he wasn’t in urine retention, but he was in a state of stress and pain with a high heart rate and a heart murmur. The vet was lovely with Stellie, complimenting his very long whiskers and saying how lovely he was. She gave him an injection of anti-inflammatory and said to keep an eye on him overnight and take him to our usual vet’s in the morning to have them check the heart murmur and bladder symptoms out further. Luckily our vet the next day gave him the all clear and agreed the murmur was likely stress related because of his tummy pain.

Whilst the emergency out of hours fee is very expensive, the care he received was amazing. The nurse on reception was very helpful sorting the insurance claim for Stellie’s treatment.

My dog had been bitten in the mouth by a bee. My regular vet was closed. Vets now attended to him at 8.30pm. and were excellent.

Was welcomed straight in with my pet and immediately seen to, the vet was very straightforward and reassuring, the vet office was calm and peaceful, and they automatically initiated and took care of my insurance claim with very little inconvenience to me.

Vets were great to be fair. The outcome was not sorted as in the reason for our dogs illness but the vet was good. The receptionist was amazing. She was so caring and kept us informed of what was happening-lovely lady. She was definite 5 star!

One of my kittens got sick and lost lots of weight in a couple of days, stopped eating, drinking and was really poorly. My vet was closed as it was Saturday and I decided to go to Vets Now. After waiting for nearly 3 hours I was seen by a vet who measured my kittens temperature, weighed him and check his heartbeat. The appointment lasted 15 mins majority of which the vet was typing notes on his laptop.
Didn’t give me any advice information on what this could be and when asked if it could be contagious (for other cats at home) said he’s not sure and could be.
Said the only thing they can do is keep him overnight which would come to £1400 for the night and if something goes wrong and he needs to stay longer it will be even more expensive.
Together with the kitten I brought the mum as she had sudden incident of diarrhoea. Vet said he’s not concerned about her.
Gave me 3 sachets of medication powder for them both and said all I can do for the little one is feed him using a syringe and hope for the best.
The 15 min appointment came to a shocking £480 bill.
Still no idea if it’s contagious for other kittens so having to keep them isolated.
Overall disappointing experience and no help / support.
Receptionist was lovely tho, apologised for the long wait and offered tea/coffee.

We were seen very quickly. The vet and nurses were excellent. The consultation fee is very expensive. Without insurance it would be very difficult for some people.

I am very overall pleased with the entire experience, I felt my chihuahua Pablo was in good hands & I was informed of all treatment & findings of what was wrong with Pablo .. yes it was an expense but I was helped with options of how I could pay & at the end of the day my little dog was ok & brought him home the following day . The Vet & all staff were very nice & helpful .. Thankyou All

Instant care and attention to a very sick cat with overnight lodging. Everything was explained clearly to me.

Efficient friendly, our cat had a urinary blockage, serious condition, was cleared without surgery given meds, is fine now.
Not cheap but he's worth it!

We were seen straight away as an emergency. The vet we saw Julien was amazing he was so kind to our Doberman Tegan who had swallowed some bandage. Once injected she was able to bring up the bandage and all was Ok thanks to him. Just be prepared though if using this emergency Vets that the bill will be high.
I cannot fault them at all, first class throughout.
