Our agent was very responsive and informed. She gave us honest answers to our questions on choices of accommodations. Any requests we had were answered promptly, most within an hour or less. We liked the complete and organized itinerary. Everything in the itinerary and special instructions worked as planned. No foul ups.

I would recommend them for future travel. I would give them a 5 star if during the trip we would have received a phone call asking if everything was going as planned. This would have been a nice touch but was missed.

I have had a good relationship with Darrin at Vacation Roost for the past 2 years. he is helpful and easy to work with. Hence the business part of the relationship was fine. I would suggest however that the property maintenance could be better.

I would like to comment on the property that I just rented. It needs some work. The upstairs tub did not drain and the kitchen was poorly equipped for a rental charging over $1000 / day. For 5 people there were not enough glasses, and a rather skimpy selection of cooking utensils.

The process went as smooth as possible, with 7 happy adults skiing till their hearts delight. We were close to everything and only had to walk a short way to ski in and out. It was convenient enough to stop in our rental for lunch in the afternoon and go back out directly after. No one had a worry. Ski butler was very helpful. The rental was nice and comfortable as well. Thanks!

The room we received reeked of smoke and was next to a pub with a bunch of loud drunks until late in the night. The advertisement did not disclose the existence of this pub and, allegedly, the room was non-smoking. The management of this company has done nothing regarding my complaints. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

The location was great, very close ot the gondala, but there were some issues that would lead me to think twice about re booking with the same mgmt company. I had to check in and pick up the keys about 15 miles from the condo. I had a lot of issues with the keys, you needed one set to enter the property and the other to enter your condo. The keys were faulty and since the office wasn't on property, it was a long wait to get replacements. The condo was a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 for cleanliness,everything operating correctly, etc. The room was dirty when we checked in and the maid had to come back out and make beds, pick up towels, etc. There was no maid service at all after we checked in, so no freash towels, additonal hygiene supplies, etc. I travel weekly thoughout the country and I will most likely stay at a hotel and have all the amenities I'm used to and sacrafice the location. Also the price with tax was close to $300 a night.

Conveniently located near pArk city. 3 minute shuttle ride to the mountain. Properly priced see you next year

The overall booking process, check-in process, and facility was a very positive experience. We plan on returning to the same location in the future.

VacationRoost employees did a great job at finding me the perfect place to stay in Utah. Had a great condo at Solitude Resort, working with the VacationRoost team was the easiest vacation planning I have ever done. I highly reccommend.
