I am so appreciative to Vacation Roost and Breckenridge Destinations for making all my travel plans, but especially Julie Waters. Long story short, my entire family got sick, and one had a wreck, one could not go at the last minute and we had to change the trip. Julie bent over backwards to help us during the process. Also helped us with lift tickets in advance and made it all go so smoothly. I highly recommend this company and this agent to everyone looking for a ski vacation. Thank you Julie and I will call you definitely for our next vacation out west.

This was my first time to Park City. I would recommend this company to everyone. Jake was a pleasure to work with. The process was easy, and we loved our condo!

My latest experience is with Jessa Munion. She was fantastic! She was constantly setting my mind at ease and making the overall booking experience smooth and somehow enjoyable (never fun for me to spend money). I think there is nothing left to say about how great my experience has been except to say that my own aunt is a travel agent, and although I love her, I will never leave VacationRoost or Jessa M. Easy to book. Easy to check-in. Easy to check-out. Been staying at one of the Vacation Roost locations for years now and it has been as comfortable as I have ever been in Park City. Everything about the experience will have me coming back year after year.

Our Park City skiing vacation was taken care of from start to finish. Amy Jansen, our agent got back to us in a timely fashion with excellent suggestions and with a few questions nailed down exactly what we were looking for. In addition, she gave us advice on Nordic skiing locations and how to decide whether to bring our own skis or rent there. She eliminated any guess work out of the options we considered. We put her in our contacts for future vacations.. A really wonderful experience with a knowledgeable and friendly travel agent!

I found the website using Google Search and I found the service very easy to use. The pricing was very competitive. The reservation service operated by the Grand Timber Resort was not very accommodating so I was glad to find an alternative travel agency to handle my reservation.

When I submitted the information and was told that a confirmation would be sent in 24 hours, but it took 36 hours instead. Not a big deal, but the only reason I didn't rate it 5-stars.

With so many condos, hotels and townhomes to choose from, the decision as to where to stay for our vacation was a bit challenging. Julie at Breckenridge Vacations and the Vacation Roost website narrowed my choices to those that were reflective of what we really wanted and needed and eliminated confusion. Registration was easy and we booked with confidence that we are set up nicely for a great vacation. Thanks a lot.

We found the Grand Lodge in Breck for Thanksgiving week with a great price. Best on the internet. We are looking forward to the week with all the extras. I'll be sure to use this site for my next vacation.

We had been having trouble with our usual agent, with condo after condo being initially available, and not when we confirmed a few hours later. Matt gave us options, knew them personally and could give proper personal advice, and clinched a deal for us with a few hours of starting the process from England

I book lodging for my company when we have out of town jobs to complete. I have found Vacation Roost to be a true time saver. The properties are always exactly what I expect. The process is simple and quick. The professionalism of the booking agents is always top notch. I would definitely use this service again.

In looking for a place to stay in Kauai I luckily stumbled across Amy Jackson our Destination Expert for Kauai. I sent an inquiry via the web and no sooner did I hit send than I got a phone call back! We were booking our condo about a month out which is a challenge in Kauai and Amy was relentless. She spent quite a bit of time calling around and trying to make something work. Finally she struck gold and she booked us the most amazing condo - called the owners and asked them to move their vacation so that we could stay there! They agreed and now we have the most beautiful condo exactly where we wanted to be! Thank you so much for the unbelievable service and relentless pursuit for the perfect rental.
