I was somewhat surprised at how low a rate I was able to get at a high quality hotel in Vail for early January. Rather than book online, I called to verify the deal. The price quoted was exactly as advertised. I paid no extra "resort" fees or other extra charges with the exception of a parking fee at the hotel.

I will use Mountain Reservations again.

The condo at Arapahoe Lodge in Keystone Village was spacious with lots of storage areas, and was very nicely and comfortably decorated. Great location, too!

We booked a 2/3 with Vacation Roost for our first ever trip to Arrowhead/Beaver Creek. The booking was easy, as was purchasing lift tickets thru Vacation Roost. Arrived to a ready condo, that turned out to be luxurious! Very near the lifts & in an extremely nice area! We will be back to Arrowhead via Vacation Roost! Great job, ladies & gents!

We booked a 2 week vacation at deer valley through VacationRoost. Sales guy was all helpful during booking and recommendations, even suggesting the lodge we should stay at. Once we paid an all was settled there wasno follow up whatsoever. We had very poor service at the recommended lodge (non working showers, dishwasher not working, etc,etc). On top of that when we had to extend our stay at the lodge due to a case of flu, we were offered $850 a night by the lodge managers; however they then told us that we could not book directly since we had originally booked via vacation roost. When we contacted same sales guy he quoted $1150 !! For the lodge we were already using.....! Not a happy experience.

A group of 7 of my friends and I recently stayed at Riverbend Lodge condo 107. It was only a few feet away from the Snowflake lift and had convenient shuttles to take us anywhere in town. The condo was perfect, and the view was amazing with two balconies. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to ski or just explore the town and play in the snow. The staff that helped us book our vacation (Noelle) made it such an easy process!!

Vacation Roost is a great way to plan a vacation to anywhere. It was so easy to use and I loved checking out all my options.

Enjoyed our weekend in Park City and a major part of it was the spectacular value and amenities at our stay. From the helpful staff to the absolute cleanliness and layout of our 1 bedroom suite, we'd very much recommend it for a stay in Park City.

Matt, listened to my needs and advised me based upon our conversation. He had experience with the resorts we were considering and directed me to the one that fit best.

On our first night, we were in the Village Square building in a room above the bar . Noisy patrons came and went, especially at the 2 pm closing. About that time, the sick infant in the room next door started wailing and the walls are so thin, it sounded like it was in our room. I don't think I slept an hour total that night. The next night, we asked to be moved to another room and we were moved to the Mountain Plaza building. All was quiet and it was wonderful. Too bad I left my favorite fleece jacket in the old room when we moved. If we'd stayed both nights at Mountain Plaza, I would have given the resort 5 stars. The skiing was great.

The location of our house was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. We had great difficulty with the wifi and the walls were patched, scarred, in great need of a paint job.

Very friendly staff, clean accommodations, and the rate that we got was excellent!

We only stayed one night, but the customer service when we checked in was great. All of the people that worked there were very nice. The condo itself was extremely clean, with an exception of a cigarette in one of the chairs, my son refused to sit In it again. We would definitely book with them again!

Booking was easy and I can't speak to the property yet so not much to rate yet. Hitch is that I was gleefully informed about a travel insurance policy that I'd never sign up for knowingly. It was taken right off without hassle, but I had to call customer service to have it removed and refunded.

This condo was large and had plenty of space. The outlets did not work on most of our electronics, curling irons ect. The outlets were too large and would not keep the appliances plugged in which I thought was dangerous as well as inconvenient. This was not a true ski in and ski out. You had to take a shuttle or walk to the gondola which was not pleasant especially with children. You can ski home down the 4 o'clock run.
It did have a pool table which was great for the entire family.

The rental property was in excellent condition and a perfect fit for us. We ordered our ski equipment and lift tickets as well. Everything worked like clock work and came off without a hitch. Will utilize again for our next trip.

I don't plan to use this site again to book a vacation, nor will I recommend it. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.
