What service did you provide?
It is very unclear to me what service was provided.
I was not switched, rather just hooked up with a new provider. Still had all the hassle, calling, waiting, struggling, negotiating, administrating, paying the old provider…
Poor user experience, I did not know what to expect, but still remain disappointed.
