The process in switching was easy but l just spent an hour watching the screen saying completing your switch with the waiting circle kept circling it was only when l received a pop up notification from my previous suppler that l realised the switch had gone through

Company did not switch through uswitch…

Company did not switch through uswitch and fuse asked for an upfront payment or £100 and change of advertised kw rate to continue the switch claiming that i have a bad credit rating which is a lie. suspected fraudsters as asking for what amounts to 3 months upfront. Seems like comparison site knows this but hides behind the small print.

This is an awful experience in my first…

This is an awful experience in my first and probably be the last use of it.
uSwitch was plastering me about a switch , so I did it and it's now saying it's complete but the supplier doesn't see anything at their end.
uSwitch doesn't have any proper customer service, the chat bot is very poor.

Biggest liers I used uswitch to change…

Biggest liers I used uswitch to change my supplier was told 18 months fixed payments but from first bill upto now I have been over £30 on first and now over £150 a month bills
I have been using same kwh still my bills just keep going up every month.
Now over £150 a month than what uswitch initially said it would be about £65 a month for both gas and electricity a month.
Never recommend them and I just don't know who keeps giving them high recommendations
Just don't believe them I even emailed uswitch few months ago upto now a single reply
