I called yesterday at 130 with a computer issue and was told a tech would get back to me in 2 -4 hours. After no calls I called back today about 830 and gave them my work order. I was then transferred to a tech in minutes and Edgar was his name. He was very efficient in the things he done explaining things to me and about a 30hr working on my computer solved my problems. My computer is running great with no issues thanks to Edgar’s experience. Thank you again Edgar and have a great day!
