The technician that I spoke with was…courteous, professional.knowlegeable, easy to understand and sympathatic to my situation.
The technician that I spoke with was very receptive to my questions and offered insight into the problem I was experiencing. He was very courteous and very professional and easy to understand. In all the years that I have been dealing with this company, this was the best experience that I have encountered. At the end of this session I felt far better about my computer's situation than before the session.
