My experience with USTech is purely based on my interaction with Jeremy Kalupa. His easy, "non-judgmental" discussion with me, allowed me to state my thoughts (as erroneously as they were..) and feel validated. His technical knowledge helped me understand -somewhat- the basics.

The tchnician ( Mackey ) was very good at helping me download a few apps. We couldn't get the glitches our of ONE of them ( Rumble ) but it looks like over 70 % of the OTHER commenters were having the exact same problem not being able to get their "profile pictures" to stay!!! Rumble is SUPPOSED to be YouTube's ( PUBE'S ) free speech alternative. But it has all these glitches and cheap "back-woods" technical issues that are really irritating. I bet their computers date all the way back to the early 1990s!! Too bad, really. We desperately NEED a really good YouTube ( PUBE! ) and Reddit ( Rabid Rabbit ) alternative!!! But anyway, Mackey the technician was very professional and helpful. 5 STARS.
