young people and private healthcare
As a 20 year old female who just wants better healthcare and advice usay compare is definitely the way to go. Daniel was excellent as he provided personalised service tailored to my needs, gave me lots of reassurance and didn’t try to upsell me (which he very easily could’ve done). Kind & helpful but no pressure
Gracie was very helpful and patient and went over everything and didnt mind repeating things when I asked the same question but rephrased.
I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I wasn't sure of.

Transferring my health insurance
It was a clear and fully understandable process.
Previously I would have been hesitant about reviewing my health insurance, this has now made me more confident that I should be doing this more often.
Joe Tearall - representative (staff) was great, polite, understanding and seemed very confident in his approach.
