He listened to what i was looking for and supplied exactly the information I required but also offered good advice, which I took. He had a very good, respectful attitude. People can often be a bit patronising when dealing with older clients. importantly, he did not try to upsell anything.

Excellent service from start to finish. George was very good at explaining everything from how the policy’s operate to what would work best for me and how they would relate individually for my needs. The calls were flexible and I never felt rushed or pushed towards a policy or insurance provider.
