Best ever for mobility needs

Went in to buy a folding wheelchair for my husband and the help and advice was outstanding. They went out of their way to help even bringing the chair to the vauxhall dealer to make sure it fit the new car. They had to change the chair without any problems. This has to be the best dealer in the area.

Gave 1 star because I can't give zero stars. Don't bother with this company don't respond to emails ordered over 2 weeks ago no indication if its been dispatched or not, so,sorry I ordered from them NEVER AGAIN

Poor service with little inclination to put it right

I ordered an elbow clasp on 5 November 2021 which had still not arrived a week later. I rang to enquire and was told it was with the courier and would be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday i.e. 10 or 11 days after ordering. I was very unhappy with this and asked for a discount, only to be told that this delivery time was within their T&Cs and that I should have read them properly! Very poor service and no apparent genuine desire to make up for it.
