Slow charging after only 1-2 months
I bought a "genuine Samsung cable" in April. I chose this store as I wanted to make sure I did get a genuine product to use with my original Samsung plug. However within a month or so my phone started telling me it was slow charging using this cable. My phone is fine when using my partner's original cable with my own original plug so it is definitely the cable from UK-mobile store.
The emails from customer service are not very professional, but I have had some responses (hence the two stars instead of one). My last response just said "I am very sorry please send it back for exchange" with no information on where to send it, what information to include or whether I will have to pay for postage. If I just put a cable in the post how are they going to know who it is from??
I don't trust that the good reviews for this site are genuine.
