Living alone I needed short-term support following an ankle and hand fracture and subsequent ankle surgery. Trinity responded quickly and were supportive, and understanding, providing practical advice also in such unexpected circumstances. I found them flexible and easy to deal with, and the carers themselves were very kind and helpful, ensuring the daily chores around my home were done until I was ready and able to gradually reclaim them. Last but not least their companionship was also very much appreciated and uplifting whilst going through a hard time.

I honestly don't understand how Trinity Home Care stays in business. From what I've observed, the service amounts to little more than taking vitals and talking, with very little meaningful help. It feels less like patient care and more like finding ways to keep billing insurance and prolonging visits. Elderly patients deserve actual care, not unnecessary visits disguised as a service!!
Trinity made the recruitment process nice and smooth for me. Their service was top tier, I had some outstanding documents and they were patient enough to give me a chance to finalise things. They are efficient and thorough and would recommend them to anyone.

The whole recruitment team at Trinity was fantastic throughout my application. They were very clear about the job expectations and kindly guided me through all the steps I had to complete.
I liked the fact that the whole team was aware of my onboarding, so anytime I called up with a question, it didn’t matter who I had on the line, they could help me out.

We recently lost a dear friend of 25 year. His carer was overbearing and misogynistic when he visited my home. Carers must realise they are facilitators and not the star of the show!
Upon commencing my tenure at Live-in, I was uncertain of what to anticipate. However, from the moment of my acceptance through the allocation of my initial service user, the experience has been exceptional.
The headquarters management team provided invaluable support and are very friendly. My interviewer, conducted a highly effective and comfortable interview process. My trainer, demonstrated exceptional engagement, patience, and expertise, delivering training that was both excellent and highly informative.
The coordinators I interacted with were very friendly, offered comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process. They were consistently attentive and provided timely advice when required. They have become my primary contacts for communication with headquarters.
The coordinators meticulously consider individual preferences when developing employee profiles for client allocation. A significant benefit is the option to accept or decline a client based on the care plan, ensuring alignment with individual strengths and fostering a sense of involvement, respect and valued.
Managers and coordinators assigned to various counties are readily available to provide guidance once an employee is assigned to a service user within their respective county. They are approachable, accessible for discussions, and consistently offer support and guidance as needed.
Their continuous training instills confidence in delivering exceptional client care.
It has been an honor to be accepted into this organization and to contribute as an employee.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I found the management to be poorly organized and unprofessional. In particular, Daniel Peters was, in my experience, rude and provided information that I felt was misleading. Overall, the service fell well below my expectations, and I would not recommend the company based on my experience.
I joined Trinity Homecare in February, and the recruitment and onboarding process was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout was first-class, with regular updates and clear information at every stage, which made the whole experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
A huge thank you to the recruitment team for their professionalism, support, and dedication. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in making the process as positive as possible. Their hard work and attention to detail really stood out and made a fantastic impression.
A thoroughly positive experience and a well-deserved 5 stars.

Trinity is a great company with amazing carers and staff that offers support to clients with personal care nutrition medication support and companionship. I have worked in my role as a daily carer for almost four years and would highly recommend the company to clients and people that are thinking of working in care. It is such a rewarding career and is also flexible to fit around family life

Trinity holds a level of astounding professionalism coupled with a high standard of efficiency from the start of an interview process to placements that deliver clear and concise communications. The trainers are knowledgeable and deliver a high standard training, and the continual support from managers and the live-in team is unbelievable. Even our apps are user friendly, payslips easy to understand. I feel honoured to be a part of the Trinity team.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have rented from this company. The dedication and professionalism that Mrs. Crystal has shown has been amazing, Their maintenance is top notch.
I have rented from this company for the past 10 years and never once have they not responded with-in a day to my request for maintenance or anything regarding the property.
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
My mother is under the care of Trinity Homecare who have always gone above and beyond. She recently had a fall and Charlotte went out of her way to make sure she was safe, looked after and that she communicated with the relevant people. I can't thank her and the team enough for their diligence and consideration. Thank you as always.

We recently used Trinity Homecare for live-in care for my terminally ill mum, who had a very short prognosis. From the very first point of contact, the company was incredibly professional, compassionate, and responsive. They moved swiftly to assess our needs and had everything arranged within a very short time, which was a huge relief during such a difficult period.
The carers they provided were absolutely wonderful — kind, gentle, and deeply respectful. They treated my mum with great dignity and provided not only excellent care but also emotional support to our family. Their presence gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on spending quality time with her.
I cannot thank Trinity Homecare and especially Hamdi, Jeanette and Stacey enough for their support during such a heartbreaking time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of live-in care.

I first got in touch with Country Cousins (Trinity Homecare) approximately 6 months ago. We have not used their services or met any of their care staff as the needs and wishes of my elderly parents have changed. I have had numerous conversations with their Client Service Advisors over the months. They have always been very helpful, patient and empathetic as our family circumstances changed. I would not hesitate in turning to them for support if needed in the future.

My Dad, aged 86, had a stroke on the 13th of January and diagnosed with alphasia. He was in hospital nearly 2 weeks and a care package was put in place for his return to home from a different provider.
I rung Rachel from Trinity Home care last Thursday or Friday and she was very helpful, understanding and gave myself good advice.
Rachel arranged an assessment for Tuesday the 11th of February, which was very fast work.
The assessment went well today with Karen, my Dad and myself via WhatsApp video call.
His care will start from tomorrow.
Thank you so much. We appreciate all
your hard work 💪

I contacted Trinity Care as I was in urgent need of support to assist with my daily needs.
I spoke with Jamie, who advised that he would need to speak with his supervisor and get back to me.
I didn't hear back from Jame that day, and so continued my search elsewhere.
Jamie did however, call back the following day. He was unable to assist me further as I live outside of their catchment area, but what impressed upon me, was the fact that although, it was of no benefit to him, Jamie not only took the time to notify me, but also provided me with a website with a list of other Homes to try.
I think consideration such as this is worthy of attention and it is for this reason that I am leaving a 5 star review.
My parents have deteriorated hugely under the "care" of Trinity in Marlow in just 2 months. My 87 year old mother was admitted to hospital by ambulance for severe malnutrition and dehydration - Trinity's response is they were not asked to monitor this. This is unbelievable. My mother is now in respite care recovering after a week in hospital. We have had a catalogue of complaints and incidents with them too long to list here. We assumed because of their high prices they provided quality care. This is not what we found. We have found them uncaring, disorganised and driven soley by profit.
I don't know how long this review will remain up before Trinity try and remove it again.
