A very fraud company, with bad product, हेल्पलाइन number not working

A giant shit hole i should have read reviews here first. They took 9k amd have not delivered either of my products they do not receive calls they are one big fat SCAM.

Big time fraud.. not refunding my 8k nor delivering my products. Its almost 3 months am struggling to get my order or refund

Hopeless customer care

Completely fraud company. I ordered a recliner cover from there company. Instead of sending what I ordered they sent a completely different order and when I requested for refund or replacement they said they wont be able to do either as the product is not in stock. If you don't have the item the decent thing to do is notify the customer and issue a refund. Now I am stuck with the product with no possibility of refund and they are not even picking up calls or responding to messages. Beware of such companies it is much better to buy from store

Worst quality. Do not buy. They send you the brand of house of quirk, which is separate brand and cheaply available at amazon and myntra. Quality of the product is not worth buying. Better go from local market and buy outer covers which are just kept on sofa directly. Customer service is pathetic, no refunds and no returns. They are biggest fraud. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this fraud.

I'm reading so many reviews similar to myself and my experience in Nov. 2024. My order no- TZ188286. I also received a wrong product. Somehow I convinced them to take it back. It was returned on 14 Nov. Till now I have not received the correct product or refund. I called customer care and gave my order number. I was put on hold indefinitely. Now they are not even taking my calls. Completely fraud company. When I posted this review on their FB page, they blocked me instantly.

Payment process is very smooth. Products. Products looking nice.

Good and hasslefree experience of placing order even through whatsapp. Happy with their service so far.

The service provided by trendize is highly recommended. They are helpful and resolve matters quickly to satisfaction of the customer.

Scam artists.when I called their helpline number their customer care provider is extremely rude and says they are not actually the seller but third part courier

Not only do they send a wrong product..they make it extremely traumatic by employing such foul mouthed people.

1si nov. se WhatsApp pe communication chal rhi hai.
Har msg mein maine exchange ke liye kha. Accept bhi kar liya.
But 12th nov. ko msg aya:-
"We are very sorry but we do not have a return policy in this"
Is ke baad aaj tak maine Roz msg kiya but no reply.

They are absolute scam artists! They sent me the wrong product on purpose and admitted to it. They arranged a reverse pickup but it never showed up after waiting 2-3 weeks I contacted the courier company myself and showed them the reverse pickup information. I kept tracking to see when they would receive the parcel back. I waited for 2 days after this hoping to hear from them but I had to reach out on my own and demand my money back. They quickly issued a voucher and I used that to make a fresh purchase. Again I waited for 5-6 days to get shipping update but didn't receive anything. So I reached out to them and they said what I selected was not in stock and they will ship when they get stock. Mind you both the items that I had selected ie in the first and then the second order still showed on their site as available. I demanded my money back but they are refusing to pay me saying they have a no refund policy. How is that applicable when they are ones who are cheating from the beginning?!? I have reported their store to Shopify and the consumer forum. I posted about my experience on social media and other people have approached me saying that they had similar experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Pathetic Company!
I have ordered 8000rs (#TZ183517)worth of sofa cover and dinning cover. They sent a different product and took almost one month for basic communication. They approved for exchange. We sent the product through IndiaPost and the product was 100% delivered. However still the company says they didn’t receive the product.

IndiaPost team have provided us attendee details and timings clearly. A big FRAUD company! Karma will hit you!! Don’t you worry!
