Kelly was so helpful and really knowledgeable.

My wife and I went in on the off chance to see if there was anything available, for specific dates, regions and times in Amsterdam so that we can visit the Anne Frank museum. And, despite the very specific requirements we had, the advisor (Poppy) went through everything carefully and thoroughly with us until we had what we wanted, at a price that was affordable. Very impressed.

Second time booking at the travel house, Pontypridd. The team are so helpful, especially Sharon and Kelly.
Nothing is too much trouble.

Kelly and Sharon always goes above and beyond. I tell them what I would like and they make sure the holiday delivers.

The young lady was very polite and helpful . As I wasn't sure what I needed to book as i needed a few rooms and a certain flight. I get a little mixed up on times . She was very understanding. Will definitely return to book our next holiday.

Kelly was absolutely amazing and deserves a medal after putting up with me and all my different requests.( she had to intake lots of coffee)

Was expected to pay remainder owing for holiday within 2 hours of phone call from shop, and was expected to pay it over the phone before the shop closed or cancel, so cancelled holiday forfeiting deposit. Did not have any prior notice 7 days or even 48 hours notification to pay remainder. Would not use this company again.

Excellent customer service, staff are so friendly this is why we like to use them. 10/10
