As a travel agent, we do not book directly with airlines, hotels, or operators. All bookings are made through our approved travel suppliers and tour partners, which means pricing can differ from booking direct or through comparison websites.
One of the benefits of booking through us is the additional support and protection provided both before and after travel. This includes assistance with amendments, schedule changes, supplier issues, and support while you are away, which is not always available when booking individual elements separately.

Last minute flight re-arrangement
I found out 3 week's prior to our departure date that our son had been nominated for an award at his college and should attend. The only problem was it was the day after we were supposed to depart. Haylee was very knowledgeable about how airlines operate and made re-arranging our flights seamless so we can attend the awards ceremony. Thank you Haylee!

DYNAMIC PRICING
I found the site easy enough to use, although I noticed hotel prices came up to pay per person for a long time. Now it's coming up per night, so they may have changed that recently. This site operates with the intention to take as much money from their customers as possible. The prices are already much higher than other operators and once they know you are interested the prices quickly change. I wanted to book a hotel room, after thinking about it for a few hours I decided to book and realised the price had risen £50 a third of the original price. I called customer service to inquire how the prices could have gone up so much in just a few hours. The advisor was not helpful, and his response was frustrating, to say the least. I later decided on another hotel room. After resting my phone down for 5 minutes while I did something, I came back to find the price had increased by £10. In a matter of minutes. This company is a con.

Got a £50 voucher to use with TUI as a wedding gift, however you can not use it if you have already booked a holiday with TUI, you have to booked only with them where the prices are higher,

Holiday win
I contaced travel by inspire after winning a lifestyle giftcard voucher from Screwfix. The whole process was explained and made easy by Paul. I found a holiday on the easyjet website and Paul booked the same holiday for me. He went over the details a few times to make sure everything was correct and confirmation was emailed within minutes. We are now looking forward to our holiday courtesy of screwfix and travel by inspire.
