SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE

This is a scam. You have to book through their website.
we were given a gift of £100 but cannot use it as it works out more expensive for flights through them than booking direct through the airline. Our flights were £140 more through their site making it more expensive even after the £100 came off!!!! Our poor son has basically thrown away £100 !!
DO NOT USE - SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

Poor value Gift Card

My generous colleagues gave me a Staycation Inspire gift voucher, probably thinking that I would be able to book a hotel direct e.g. with Premier Inn as their logo appears on the gift card. That is not the case as you have to book any hotel with Inspire's website and pay an inflated price. I haven't gained anything from being given a voucher and I have decided that I will not be giving this company my own money just for the privilege of using their card that my poor colleagues paid for. I may as well give Premier Inn my money and cut out this middleman.

Would have been no stars

Would have been no stars. An absolute scam. No refunds and having to use their website to redeem gift card should have been a red flag. GROSSLY inflated prices make these cards valueless.I was quoted £460 for hotel room which if booked direct was £305 ,by using my £150 gift card I would still have paid more!!!Do not touch these cards.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Don’t use your Recognition Hub points to redeem gift cards. Flights on their website are £100 more expensive than what other airlines charge, they refuse to price match and their interface is difficult to use.

Scam-avoid

Scam-avoid

An 18 month strict expiry date on a gift card should be viewed as fraudulent. Prices are not competitive. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointed with Overpricing and Poor…

Disappointed with Overpricing and Poor…
Disappointed with Overpricing and Poor Website Functionality

We were gifted Travel by Inspire vouchers and were initially thrilled with the generous amount we received. We had previously researched short breaks to Copenhagen and found several options that comfortably fit within our £1,000 budget — including good flights from our local airport.

However, once we began booking through Travel by Inspire using the vouchers, we encountered immediate issues. We were first quoted £1,300 for a trip that should have been under £1,000, and just a week later, the same trip had increased to £1,678 — and that was with inconvenient night-time flights.

Disheartened, we decided to change our plans and book a spa hotel break in Devon instead. Even that came in at £978 — and that’s without the sea view. The entire experience has felt like we’re being forced to pay over the odds simply because we’re using vouchers. Had we been paying out of pocket, we would have definitely found better deals elsewhere.

Some may argue that we shouldn’t worry about the cost since we were gifted the vouchers — but for us, it’s a matter of principle. Why should we be expected to pay inflated prices for the same travel experiences we could book more affordably elsewhere?

To make matters worse, the website itself is unreliable — it crashes regularly, links don’t open properly, and overall, it’s added to our disappointment and frustration with the company.

Had we not received the vouchers, we would not have considered using Travel by Inspire — and sadly, we won’t be recommending it to others.

Paul to the rescue

Spoke to Paul Warrington (reference PWTBt+kl1) re booking a holiday. We were having trouble booking it on line ourselves due to some vouchers not taking on line. Paul sorted this out brilliantly. Was polite and chatty and sorted everything out. Holiday booked.Thank you.

Daylight Robbery !!!! £250 IN THE BIN

A Big Con.Would be minus 5 stars if an option.Having spent my company service award of £250 on Jet2 by Inspire, I am fuming.
This company massively marks up the price of Jet 2 holidays.Much much cheaper to book directly with Jet 2.Wipes out the value of my award and more money on top to book a holiday. This company should be reported to trading standards.Rob Dogs.Should of opted for B&M vouchers.Would of been a better deal by far.

Do NOT touch this company

Do NOT touch this company . It’s a total con and more than expensive . They do NOT work in partnership with any of the companies they advertise . None of their reviews have been verified and have possibly been written by their staff. They wanted from me £180 more for 2 Jet 2 flights than Jet 2 actually did. If you need to buy anyone a voucher please don’t from this company . I feel like I’ve been robbed ! If you want to book a flight or holiday go online to the company you want to go with and book there. You will save yourself hundreds . Do NOT touch this company .

A company that gives you a '97 vibes

A company that gives you a '97 vibes:
Buggy website ( nothing works as it should) -> check;
Made a reservation and paid ( of course) for one day, says i have free cancellation until 31st July.
I need to stay one more day so i booked another day, but because their website is amazing, after making the second reservation, i noticed that actually if i would have booked two days it would have been cheaper. No worries, i have the free cancellation :D ....but it is not actually free, it is 50 euros because of some hidden terms and conditions as advised by support.
More than this, support is incapable to actually resolve this one and not only, again, but everywhere on their website they advertise check in time at 15 for this hotel, but on voucher it seems check in time is 18 ( wow) . So imagine paying 570 eur for two days ( instead of around 470 as it was on booking) and getting this amazing service but if you want to take your money back you just pay them 50 eurs...for all the above efforts.
First and last time i am using their agency, luckily, my company gives us some incentives but yeah nah it is my fault i chose travel cards with them rather than going with a different provider. I definitely do not recommend you do the same mistake.

Brilliant customer service

Called up this evening to book a lodge for us, we spoke to a lovely lady called Julie, not only did she make the experience of booking our lodge so easy she took the extra time while booking and waiting on confirmations she took the time to chat to myself and husband about golf and football to us this shows she enjoyed doing what she was doing and made our experience much better and made us have a smile. Thankyou Julie
