horrible product
It’s a legit company but the product is horrible and super costly. Big mistake to take this credit card. I bought a voucher, but the card can only be used in France. If you use a wrong pin, 10 cent is deducted and the card has limits per day. I have never ever had such a horrible card. And the customer service replies here but not when you ask a question.

Absolute scam. Most unhelpful customer service
I have tried numerous times to get hold of transcash to no avail. After my card was not delivered to the address I had given I tried to get a replacement. I am having to use a friends address as I am in the UK and they do not ship there. They will not help me without proof that I live at the address...I do not live there, and they will not help me. Essentially stolen my money

Hi, our cards can be bought by european residents. As a matter of fact, if you do not have a valid address within these countries you can't get a validation from us of a fake address.
We are a financial organisation with rules and regulations to comply with, and if you do not follow these rules it is quite normal product doesn't work.

Absolute ripp offBought a top up for something and didnt…
Bought a top up for something and didnt use it .The only way to get at the money was to buy a black or red mastercard 9.90.
So i charged the card with the 100 (euro payed for and only got credited 93 .Daylight robbery.
Managed to take out 50 Euros at a cash point for which they charged me again 1.30 euros.
Tried to take more money out which was refused as was a payment in a restaurant both charged at 0.30 cents for the privilege.
Be aware this transcash is used mostly by scammers.
Ive asked why i am unable to withdraw the rest of my money .waiting for an answer.
Robbing thieving #asterds.

Thousands of regular customers use our card for Internet purchase, trips, manage children pocket money, etc. To be able to withdraw more than 50€ you need to upgrade to ESSENTIAL or MAX formula. It will allow you to pay worldwilde and get higher payment limits.
