Fantastic service
Richard Collis has been amazing. He's shown us patience, support, guidance and humour to take the stress out of planning such a big trip to Australia for 9 weeks. No question was too silly and he never made us feel as though we were taking up too much time. Would highly recommend him!

Helpful Options
Christie investigated a number of options for our proposed trip to the USA next year. She cheerfully changed the itinerary a number of times and advised on what was possible. Nothing was too much trouble. It took time but we got what we wanted.

Our agent Callum Dagnall from the Norwich office was very helpful from the first telephone call we had with him. Friendly but professional. We have used Trailfinders for many of our holidays in the past but not in recent years. Callum welcomed us back and had all our details at hand. He was speedy getting all we wanted including a quote.

Patient + courteous + knowledgeable = the perfect travel consultant.
Megan was fantastic from start to finish. She took all of my requirements on board to create a trip that was perfect for me.
She listened attentively and ensured that every one of my needs was met.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Sammi in store, who shared my excitement and enthusiasm for the trip. Her genuine interest and encouragement made me even more excited for my October adventure.

We had a great first holiday last year with Trailfinders taking control and we had no hesitation returning to re book another adventure !!
