Excellent helpful and knowledgable agent

Steve was very helpful in putting together our Holiday for next year, I chopped and changed my mind a few times but nothing was to much travel. The whole booking process was really simple .Also the holiday looks to be really good value. I will review the holiday once completed

Josh at the Winchester branch was outstanding. He listened to our hopes and so quickly turned it into the best itinerary, making some excellent judgement calls and guiding our choices - we could only really appreciate how excellently he did this as the holiday unfolded and we realised he’d got it so right! All his advice was spot on. We had a fantastic time and trail finders had pretty much everything sorted, and sorted well. A fantastic service. I will use trail finders again and would recommend wholly, especially Josh! We had a life changing holiday and I’m certain I couldn’t have created the same myself. We are very, very grateful!

We knew where we wanted to go but not what to do once we arrived, Jamie was brilliant put a package together & advised us all the way threw & was very knowledgeable

Archie was great from start to finish, he was polite and asked lots of questions he also listened to our request and took everything we asked for on board , he didn’t push me into booking anything which was a really nice experience for me as I didn’t feel pressured.

We booked our holiday through Trail Finders for the first time as they were recommended to us by a work colleague and I’m so glad we did , not only have we saved £2000 by booking with trail finders, I personally have found the experience very smooth and Archie very helpful.
I will definitely be booking any future holidays

Booking of 2028 Cruise Holiday: From the start, Oliver focussed on our requirements, explaining the various options available to us, the costs of these and how they affected the bottom line price. Throughout, he was clear, concise approachable and patient. From occasionally having to wait for him while he finished dealing with another client and from the background hubbub on the call, it was clear that he and his colleagues were busy yet he made us feel as if we were his most important customers. Booking a cruise is potentially a complicated process but he made it very straightforward.
Booking of 2027 Canada Holiday: Aaron was caring and professional throughout but being, in parallel, busy working in Trailfinders' Edinburgh store, he was harder to get hold of than Oliver such that our communications with him were more stoccato and it took longer to
complete the booking.

Jasmine was very flexible and helpful and patient and efficient while we dithered and changed the itinerary a few times. July 2026

Great service as always from Trailfinders.
This specific holiday we spoke with Anabelle who was very patient, and attentive, in helping us with a holiday we hadn't really thought through! Within 24hrs we had booked and paid the deposit on a luxury holiday without all the hassle of separate bookings - plus it was much cheaper with TF than if we had booked direct! Would definitely recommend and will be using their dedicated service in the future.

Trailfinders are superb. Efficient and very helpful. We dealt with Martin Turner throughout the booking of our trip and he was fantastic. Giving very good advice and guiding us all the way. Would recommend Martin and Trailfinders 100%. We will be using them again fir our next trip.

Bev in Bath was amazing! She really listened and understood what I wanted from a trip and came back to me with a perfect, tailor-made tour itinerary. She is so knowledgeable, but wears it lightly. A great experience so far - no notes!

The Agent was friendly, helpful and aware that we had used Trailfinders in the past. She accessed our details, confirmed important matters and was attentive to our needs. The trip in which we were interested is a Great Rail Journey's tour and she promptly liaised with them on our behalf to check pricing and availability. The rapidly revised our quote when we decided to travel at a different time and quickly updated our provisional trip details.

Richard Collis has been amazing. He's shown us patience, support, guidance and humour to take the stress out of planning such a big trip to Australia for 9 weeks. No question was too silly and he never made us feel as though we were taking up too much time. Would highly recommend him!

Christie investigated a number of options for our proposed trip to the USA next year. She cheerfully changed the itinerary a number of times and advised on what was possible. Nothing was too much trouble. It took time but we got what we wanted.
