We had the pleasure of working with Debbie at Trailfinders to organise our amazing one-month holiday to Australia and New Zealand, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

From the very beginning, Debbie was incredibly professional, calm and patient. Planning a month-long trip with lots of flights and different arrangements can be complicated, but she made the whole process feel easy and seamless.

What really stood out was Debbie’s level of attentiveness and the genuine care she put into making our trip as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. She was incredibly proactive and continued to look for ways to improve our itinerary, even after everything had been booked.

For example, she noticed that one of our flights could be changed from 7am to later in the morning at no additional cost, which made our journey much more convenient. It was exactly this kind of attention to detail that made such a difference and showed how much thought she put into our overall experience.

Debbie was always incredibly helpful, responsive and patient, and we felt completely looked after throughout the entire planning process. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really made her stand out.

We couldn't have asked for a better travel consultant to plan our very special family summer holiday. Josh helped us organise a 14-day trip to Canada that was nothing short of perfect. We had several family milestone celebrations to mark along the way, and Josh took the time to understand exactly what we needed, weaving those special moments into every part of the itinerary.

He arranged everything – flights, tours, hotels, and a car pickup in one location with drop-off in another – and it all ran like clockwork. Every detail, from timings to comfort to those milestone touches, was so thoughtfully planned. And the best part? It all came in at a cost that genuinely worked for us. No hidden surprises, just incredible value for a trip of this scale.

I also have to mention the View Trail app – it is absolutely brilliant. Having every single detail of the trip accessible on your phone made everything so easy. No paper printouts, no confusion – just a beautifully organised itinerary in the palm of your hand.

What a great experience I had with Trailfinders, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the trip and what would and wouldn’t work well. I travelled with my 19 and 16 year old to the US. 2 long haul and 2 internal flights, 4 different stays, 2 excursions and car rental booked and no issues at all. They proactively contacted during the holiday to support with an excursion cancellation (from the vendor) and despite the time difference everything was sorted for me promptly and professionally. Chloe made all of my bookings and communicated with me at every stage. Felt really well looked after and our needs listened to and catered for. Took all the worries away!
