Hannah at the Cardiff store has been fantastic organising and providing advice and guidance in respect of our trip to South Africa. We went in with a few ideas and by Hannah getting a better understanding of our preferences etc she was able to pull together a perfect itinerary for us. You couldn’t fault the service and I would totally recommend and will continue to use Trailfinders in the future.

Josie Goble in the Guildford Office has been splendid in helping us to plan a custom trip to and around China. It was evident that she really listened to what we wanted and knew what would work and what might be challenging. Her experience was invaluable in preparing an itinerary that would enable us to achieve the travel experience that we are hoping for. She counselled us on some changes that would make the journey more comfortable, bearing in mind the slightly different preferences of my wife and me, Her suggestions were always in the spirit of advice, she never once suggested any personal preferences unless asked. Abraham our advisor, was absolutely brilliant . Organised our trip to Perth Australia with such patience. He organised our stop over in Singapore inc hotel , plus a holiday to Bali , after Australia , inc flights and accommodation.. plus flights home . I could not have organised this on my own & Abraham also organised my friends itinerary, to match my own , as we are travelling together , but live in different parts of the UK.
I couldn’t recommend Trail Finders highly enough .
So lovely to speak to a person , in this age of digital communication & experience the attention to detail that Abraham gave us .

We were only booking flights but Richard made it so much easier for us than trying to do it ourselves. He also had a very friendly attitude and was efficient, explaining things and answering all our questions.

Olivia Good was always cheerful, polite, positive and extremely helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fully updated with changes to times and offered invaluable support and advice when the Middle East conflict affected our travel plans.

We visited Trailfinders in Dublin last year to book our honeymoon to South Africa. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Barry Little. We can't say enough good things about Barry. He was so patient and spent hours going through potential itineraries with us, really taking time to find hotels and activities that suited us. The whole way through the booking process Barry was so helpful. We had originally planned another part of our trip which we then decided to change and once again this was made so simple through Trailfinders. Our honeymoon was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and every detail was so well planned. Thanks so much Barry!

Darren Hassall at the Deansgate branch was excellent. We came with a rough idea of what we wanted to visit in New Zealand and he worked out the day to day itinerary for the month trip. Didn’t feel rushed, showed us photos of all hotel options, tried to find best prices without compromising on quality, explained things very clearly. Think Darren quickly got the measure of what we wanted to achieve. Very worthwhile going into a branch and dealing face-to-face with an agent like Darren. Very good experience as first time users of trailfinders.
