Booked our trip through Trailfinders Cork. Meave Donnelly was incredible through out the whole process despite all our last minute changes.

I called Trailfinders to initially discuss flight options. Not only did they help with flights, and they pulled together the trip of a lifetime with an great itinerary, accommodation and day trips. The entire trip went like clockwork and was stress free without any issues.

Ben in the Sheffield office was very patient and helpful. Answered all our questions.

We visited Dublin store on Sunday morning (26/07/26) with our intention to speak with someone about our travel plans to to Australia in December '26. First impressions always count and we were met and welcomed by a very friendly lady, who took our request and invited us to take a seat for a few minutes. Sure enough, it was only 2/3 minutes and we then spoke to a lovely guy, James Nicol.
We outlined our intentions and he took us through a few options viz a vie airports, one or two stop flights etc. He was very good and thorough. We came away with an overall cost, which we were happy about and we went away to consider which option would suit us best. The overall experience was excellent and we booked our flights later that evening.

Took time to understand our needs and made suggestions based on these. Communication by phone and email was always very quick.

Kept us informed and responded quickly when there was an issue with one of our original hotels.

Fantastic service throughout and highly recommend.

We recently booked a 3 and a half week multi-centre trip to New York, Orlando, and Miami for our family of 4, and I cannot recommend Tracey Tyler at the Liverpool Trailfinders branch enough. Everything was absolutely brilliant—from the flights and park tickets to our accommodation at the Hyatt House Chelsea and Surfside Inn and Suites. The entire trip was seamless and perfectly organised. 5 stars.

I've never booked a holiday before and the team were so helpful, and patient with all my questions.

We booked a once-in-a-lifetime holiday with Trailfinders, expecting a premium service and high-quality accommodation throughout. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The serviced apartment in Melbourne was well below the standard with poor housekeeping and cleanliness issues. We went out and bought cleaning materials ourselves on arrival but after 2 days we made a decision to search for new accommodation at our own expense. The lack of pro active support from Trailfinders was very disappointing especially as we stressed that we wanted quality accommodation and paid a lot for the privilege. Trailfinders informed us that they were unable to refund the cost of moving to a clean apartment because the accommodation was paid for in advance. As far as we are aware, they have not made any attempt to recover the costs directly from the hotel, even through the duty manager indicated that they may be possible.

To make matters worse, we also missed our return flight due to what we believe was confusing and misleading information on the boarding pass, resulting in further expense, stress and disruption to our holiday.

Overall, we expected far better from a company with Trailfinders’ reputation and have been left extremely disappointed. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not recommend Trailfinders.

Myself and my wife have been looking into honeymoon ideas for the guts of a year and top of our list was an African safari/trip to Zanzibar.

When looking into the logistics of how to make everything work (aligning flights times, accommodation, game start times, etc.) we were quite overwhelmed and found organising it quite stressful.

When visiting the Trailfinders website, we found a package called "Tanzanian Safari & Zanzibar Beach" which was exactly what we were looking for. Without hesitation, I rang the phone number provided which was answered by one of your fantastic agents, Caoimhe.

Caoimhe spent time with me on the phone running through the different options available to us that fully met our preferences and even helped consistently to ensure we were getting the absolute best offers that suited out budget. Within less than an hour, Caoimhe had our full itinerary built out for us (within budget) and we could not be more excited to get going.

Aside from being extremely good and accommodating at her job, she was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone which just made the whole experience lovely.

We could not be happier with the support and expertise she provided and we would fully recommend anyone even half-thinking of booking through Trailfinders to just bite the bullet and do it. With team members like Caoimhe there to help, you'll be wondering why you didn't do it sooner.

This is a very belated review, prompted by the fact that I have just been in contact with Trailfinders to book a trip this Autumn.
Last Autumn we travelled to India, visiting Jaipur, Agra, New Delhi and more, 14 nights excellent hotels and guides. All organised by their representative Jade Rowley. I cannot fault the experience and the organisation of the trip, and trips I have made with them over the years. This year will be Indo-China based around one of their brochure tours with a few amendments. Thank you Trailfinders!

Ronan was calm, polite and open to exploring ideas. He listened to us and responded to our thoughts. He also respected our price range and even managed to get a slight reduction when linking all the flights together.
We always trust trail finders to do an excellent job from start to finish especially when going long haul.

Staff was totally unprofessional and ignored my sign “ Don’t disturb “ on the door. I like privacy during my stay. Staff ( cleaner) removed sign ( didn’t put it back), get inside and cleaned room. I was afraid about my expensive belongings, I trusted hotel and didn’t use security box.
- management has no idea about proper EU customer service standards, extremely rude, unprofessional, ignorant, doesn’t except improvements criticism.
- hotel manager was rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, ignorant.
Message to visitors from EU: please try to avoid this place. Staff will ruin your travel experience.

We booked our trip to Australia with Trailfinders for the second time this year.
Our advisor Joe Lewis at the Southampton branch of Trailfinders did an excellent job making amendments to our original booking. We have been very impressed with all aspects of Trailfinders service and will always book future trips with them without hesitation.
