Human contact makes a difference
I chose this company to purchase from as they have a contact telephone number to discuss any problems or difficulties that might occur. Their price competitors had no contact other than remote automated bots. The machine arrived as described and is now providing a reliable service. I would recommend this supplier.

OK - had to chase re-delay
It was OK, It took longer than I expected for the products to arrive. I had to send an email to chase them so they weren't really proactive in that regard re the slight delay. But they did respond and they did arrive around about when they said they would when they responded So not terrible at all.
