Different Policy Prices given for the same product!
I received quotes for my vehicle policy that changed three times with each agent! Very frustrating! Quite a bit of difference between the quotes.

Having Tower policies is easy
Having Tower policies is easy, I don't have to question the premiums because I know they are fair.
On the occasion that my bathroom flooded, the assistance was immediate and the repair work was promptly arranged and then carried out by experienced tradesmen.
Talking to Tower representatives on the phone is very pleasant. They are efficient, professional, helpful and friendly.
I am very happy being a Tower policy holder.

I waited for 58 minutes on hold…
i waited for 58 minutes on hold listening to atrocious music before speaking to an operator. I wanted to add a new vehicle to my existing policy, only to be told that this was not possible and I would have to take out a standalone policy.
As I wanted cover that afternoon I had to agree with that option.
Definitely not as simple as portrayed on the TV advert!
Save the adverts and employ more staff, to be told "we are a little busier than normal" is not helpful, at least arrange for a call back so you can do other things.
