Honestly pretty rubbish
Honestly pretty rubbish, it took like 5 calls just to get a quote, then another 2 just to pay for it, the first 5 calls just truly showed me a real lack of accountability and care given I had already got the vehicle so I was in an uninsured and vulnerable position, the last guy finally who I praise (Ratu) got it sorted, why did it take the last agent to solve it all… tower do your customers better.
Your KYC process also could do with a review) why acknowledge callers then do security again. Then your agents ask 4 questions which answers one because they’re not listening to the answers anyway so you do process again!
