We love TouchNote and use it every time we travel to send to friends and ourselves. The quality of the postcard is fabulous and we are storing ours up to create a montage at some stage. The only downside is living in Australia where it takes forever for the card to arrive. Well worth the wait 🥰😍

They make great colorful cards and postcards. We’ve enjoyed making postcards with the pictures we’ve taken instead of stock pictures

Brilliant way of sending postcards from holiday. User own photos to make personal, type message quickly, addresses added easily from address book, and same card and wording can be sent to multiple people. Posted from Guernsey and arrive quickly.

I enjoy the ease of creating one of a kind personalized cards for my favorite people. Timing is improving if I send cards with enough lead time. I usually allow extra delivery time.

Customer service is off the charts fantastic, they resolved my issue with just an email or 2. I personally had a challenge checking out with my order but they resolved it quickly. I love the quality of the postcards, they're refrigerator worthy.

The cards are nice and get delivered fine. But the customer service, especially for technical issues, is hopeless. Endless cycles of repetition about how to fix without really any in depth analysis. I've been fobbed off a few times with no resolution.

Fast operation with quick delivery. Well presented cards and distinctive envelopes.
Would like to be able to add inside picture or handwriting option to offer colour so picture can accompany handwriting

I get TouchNote DIY postcards made with photos I take. I get them sent to me with no message so I can handwrite monthly notes with different pictures to my grandchildren who live some distance from me. (I black out my address, there's still plenty of space to put a new address.)
TouchNote is the only company I could find that will make a very small number of cards, rather than 20, 50 or more. I really appreciate that. Plus, the quality makes me look like an expert photographer. LOL
I've been using TouchNote for 2 years. Initially I couldn't get my head around the payment system. My questions were answered quickly and simply by friendly staff. I'm happy 😀

Used the many years and great to have cards ready to send - especially good value when sending abroad. Very reliable and always developing new options

TouchNote is easy to use and the high quality photos on the postcards are greatly enjoyed by my housebound & mother. I send at least one card a week and it’s a great way of keeping in touch as the phone is a challenge for the hard of hearing.

These are the positive, the printing quality of the card is amazing, and the service is delivered quite quickly. I also receive help more or less rapidly when I email. There have been some incidents over the Christmas period, which were solved rapidly and to my satisfaction. But I didn’t not give 5 stars because there are a couple of annoying things,
one is that I cannot make the photo small to fit the whole image on the card so there is always a bit of the artwork missing or cropped out
The other thing which is annoying is the text in the card , “I hope you like the card”
Who writes that ?
Why not leave the card blank?
Or you have writing tools which we can use so why do I have to waste time clearing the text . Honestly!

I’ve been using TouchNote for several years now. I love how you can drop a personalised postcard (or birthday card) to someone so easily without leaving home. The recipients are always glad to receive them and I have seen lots of our cards displayed on the fridges of our friends. They make lovely ‘thank you’ to people too.
