I love sending personalized postcards to my friends and family members. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it often takes a crazy amount of time for postcards to arrive within the US. Ten or... See more

A great app which I use to send postcards with the photo's taken when on holidays or days out. A lovely way to connect with friends and family. Generally only takes 3 days to arrive.

Incredibly easy and effective way to send photos of events for thank you cards or for other occasions, straight from your phone.

TouchNote is so useful, especially if you are like me and forget to send a birthday card. But it is also lovely to send anyone a postcard, or greeting card. Just so handy and easy to use. And the beauty of sending your own picture is such a quality touch to the receipient. And if you ever get any problems TouchNote have a great team of helpful and friendly people who are there to resolve your issue.

Easy to use and a quick way of sending postcards to friends.
We had a message last night from an elderly friend who said how much it had cheered her up.

Touchnote is so easy to create and send postcards. Keeping in touch with friends, or business contacts using Touchnote is quick and easy. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not let you know when you last sent a card to someone in your address book. That perk would make it 5 stars for sure!

I like the ease of using the app.
However, it’s not always user friendly and the designs need an update .

When I take a picture on my phone it doesn’t really provide the image and quality that I receive from my TouchNote pictures. I create postcards and send to friends and family and also create pictures for display for exceptional photos. Very excellent service and a really great way to display valuable memories.

A family friend used Touchnote to send a sympathy card to my family due to the sudden & unexpected death of my father. Touchnote included, in the card, (without our friends knowledge) a coupen that said in large writing ‘LUCKY YOU!’
If you’re sending someone a card that isn’t for an overtly positive occasion I would use literally any other service because you can expect stupidity and callousness from Touchnote.

TouchNote provides me with an important contact with a 100 year old lady. I can send her photos of years gone by to stimulate her memory and hopefully brighten her day.

Such an easy way to send cards to family who don't have internet access. I've been using Touchnote for years from various countries - Turkey, USA, Australia, Bangkok, Singapore. Cards are sent quickly and Touchnote keep you informed as to their status - then it's up to the Post Office (in whichever country) to take over!
