An issue with the toilet at m hotel… e durin

An issue with the toilet at m hotel that was never fixed all week my rep did try and help but it was never sorted I told th hotel several times during the week
And on leaving not the relaxing week I was looking for

Our Family Ski trip with Topflight in St Johann 2026

Pre travel our ease of booking, availability of options was what attracted us to Topflight. Then once booked, having one team to deal with for any adjustments and changes was gold,especially when doing a group booking like we did for our Ski holiday. There was 12 of us on holiday with non skiers, beginners, children and experienced skiers in our group. We had a mix of children, teen and adult ski lesson groups as well as a couple of beginners doing private lessons and everyone was very happy.
On holiday the Topflight representative leader, Aisling, who was in St Johann to support us by phone and in person, was brilliant. We felt secure we’d be looked after by her and her team.
We made adjustments to lessons, hotel rooms, ski hire bookings and nothing was a problem. We had a great holiday - thank you team Topflight.

Westendorf 2026

Everything about this holiday was great from transfers to hotel to resort. Post Hotel Westendorf staff and TopFlight staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

I phone up after booking flight to…

I phone up after booking flight to ensure legroom on flight, I was told show up early in airport and it would be sorted.
I was on schedule to be at check in desk 3.5 hours before departure, when we receive a text from top-flight saying (desk 32 & 33 now open & Janet on hand to assist) we went to 32 & 33 and could see the top flight sign over the desk, I stood in the top of the line for over ten minute looking at the Aerlingus lady on her phone.
When she finished her phone call, she said it was not open and she was just sitting taking a call. I explained about the text as the top-flight sign over her desk, with no sign of Janet, we proceed to the main Aerlingus check in que, now after losing 15/20min in a line that was not open.
When I got to check in desk, the next Aerlingus lady would not give me leg room as she said our seat were assigned.
In Austria, I asked Ellen to sort it out, but still no joy on the way back.
Myself and top flight are finished .

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at the airport and that this caused frustration at the start of your trip, which we fully understand.

In relation to the seating request, as the flight was a charter service, seats cannot be pre-booked in advance in the same way as on scheduled flights. We can submit requests to the airline, however these are always subject to availability at check-in.

By the time the request reached us on the return journey, the seats with additional legroom had already been allocated by the airline. Our team did however manage to arrange a row with a spare seat for you, which we hoped would provide some extra comfort for the flight.

We do apologise for any confusion at the airport regarding the check-in desks and for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with the relevant teams.

We are sorry to hear you will no longer travel with Topflight for the above reason, but we do hope you will change your mind in this case and we see you again in the near future.

This company make everything so easy…

We have always have a good experience using Topflight for 5 years. It's always smooth and easy and our hotel is great. The Reps are great big shout out to Ashling in St Johann and Sonja at the Sport Hotel
