Do not buy from TK Maxx. They are dishonest. Two weeks ago, I placed an order for an armchair. I received a confirmation, but noticed the delivery address was incorrect—it was my previous address, which I moved from 10 months ago. I immediately tried to change the address or cancel the order, but the system didn't give me either option.
I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They told me to wait until I received a tracking number, after which I could change the address. However, that never happened, and I couldn’t update the address. I called TK Maxx again, and they assured me that even if the item was delivered to the wrong address, I could request a refund from my bank. That turned out to be a lie.
I never received the armchair, but I was still charged. Now they are telling me that since the item was delivered to the wrong address, there’s nothing they can do. I even had a case number with them, but their customer service has been completely unreliable. Don’t trust them.

TK Maxx treasure card is an absolute waste of time. They used to give you little free gifts of things like coffee, sweets, toiletries but now it's all competition after competition which you have absolutely no chance of winning. Why offer a treasure card when there is no reward? Misleading.

They sold it to me. 3 fake Dolce Gabbana t-shirts. And by some cunning. Covering up does not solve the problem. Please check all your goods. They are selling fake products.

I really like shopping at TK Maxx and have bought some great stuff but……when the staff at the service desk say keep your receipt and enter to win a $200 gift voucher forget it! You need a degree to enter which I tried to do multiple times and then it says your time has passed,when I was only there yesterday.Never again.

bought a homes and gardens candle at my £7.99, i often pickup candles there and put them away for gifts. I decided to use this particular one for my downstairs toilet .Afyer 1 hour my whole room was smoke damaged including ceiling!! .Cost me to clean and even yet still some marks in grout, ceiling had to be block painted and then 3 coats of paint at the cost of £200.i informed shop who advised me to speak to customer service which i did, long and short nothing they could do as i had obviously paid cash and never kept receipts.Very disappointed and needless to say won’t be shopping there again.Candle was new on flat surface plenty of room and no open windows, just burned black smoke from wick

Why on earth does TK Max staff put the reduced sticker on top of the original price sticker so that shoppers cannot tell if the item is a bargain or not.

Today I travelled to the Metrocentre store, taking two buses to get there as this store is larger and has more choice. On browsing, I picked up an opened box of serum and touched the rollerball of the bottle on my hand. The assistant said 'can you not do that'. I said the box was damaged and was already opened. She replied rudely 'it doesn't matter, you can't do that'. I was a bit surprised and walked away. If TK Max wants to treat customers with this level of contempt over such a small issue, they should clear shelves of open/damaged products. I don't think I'll bother going out of my way to shop there again.

the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. When we called the delivery company they said they would sort it out in 48 hours, but nothing happened. After 2 weeks of waiting for the parcel that didn't arrive, when we asked for a refund, the answer was they had to make an investigation first.
As a customer isn't normal the suffer because I chose to shop with TK Maxx.

worse service ever . been waiting for the cctv where i was wrongly accused for theft and fraud at tkmax st.albans store at the maltings on the 29th feb 2024 . and till today they havnt rpovided me the cctv even after requesting after talking to the store manager where he said he will keep it ready but i have to go through proper chanel which i did . i had to fill a form to requets the same .but till today neither the cutomer service nor the store done anything to send me the cctv yet . delays are to fabricate the system to destroy the evidence thats are the tactics ben used . now please donnot reply to this review till you send me the cctv . and also please dont say this is not the platform to resolve this issue . the customer service platform dint do nothing till today neither did the store manager who called me without even asked to be called .and also please dont ask me to email nor call customer service . i have done that ever since feb this year till today . what a shame that i have been shopping at this local store ever since it was opened and never had any issue whats so ever .

In February have been to TK maxx Scarborough I've bought a suitcase because I was travelling on holidays during my travel the suitcase let me down The zippe not working properly ,today I went back to TK max with evidence with the receive and the suitcase was still in warranty The manager wasn't helpful at all didn't give any support any compassion Very poor customer service I will not go to Scarborough TK max

I entered this shop accidently, but I was astonished after seeing unique styles in clothing. I would say they do not compromise with the quality, if you want top-quality outfits go for TkMaxx. Moreover, different designs in bags and purses is just woooww.. different styles in almost every shade. If you are Branda Holic person, this shop is for you.

This was my second visit to TKMAXX today and I was thrilled with my purchases! I am going on holiday in a few weeks and needed a few items for warmer weather and was lucky enough to find some ideal items at such great prices. And actually found the perfect mat for my kitchen floor, a couple of birthday gifts and a chocolate treat for me, as well. I love TKMAXX. Congratulations!

Well to be fair i shop at t k max quite a bit Over the years But this year may be last year Seems to be more of a jumble ,sale The quality has gone down a lot This year , I've only managed to buy one thing all year which am happy with but the Luton store just down hill it's like lots of damage items find something it's damaged anyway just having my say maybe it will help sort out the Luton store come on Luton it's so hard to clothes shop in Luton as it is And tk max was my go to Store.

I have been a frequent shopper at TK Maxx in Newark for quite some time, but I am increasingly disappointed by the treatment I receive at the tills. The staff often treat me with a cold attitude, and basic courtesies like a simple hello are frequently neglected. While I generally don’t let this bother me, it has become a consistent issue. As a non-English customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect and friendliness as any other shopper. If this does not improve, I will consider taking my business elsewhere.

I love a visit to TKMAX. I shopped there today. On arriving home I thought for once I’d do the customer survey while having a cup of tea.
Impossible. Store 0441 as is on my receipt is incorrect and as for filling in the visit time to the second! I decided to give up, life is too short!
