Booking was easier enough I didn’t have to queue that long.getting our tickets a few days before the concert & then straight into my wallet in my phone. Always kept updated by emails which I like. I went to see Bruno mars the Romantic tour at Wembley stadium plenty of facilities like places to get food drink free water refill stations, very well organised entry & exit procedures with efficient crowd control systems in place staff lovely felt safe & very welcome so thanks to everyone involved.

Great show , easy to book tickets and use with phone

Ticketmaster Transfer not working and nobody to help. Bought tickets to a festival through another site that was meant to be transferred through Ticketmaster. The transfer function on Ticketmaster seems to be down, nobody to help, nobody replying to the seller or me. Now spent all this money with no way to get the tickets. Pathetic customer service.

I was very surprised the response I received it was very quick and delt with. My problem was resolved very quickly thank you clair R from ticket master for dealing it so quickly

Awful. Asked for a booking confirmation for insurance purposes and they states they can’t provide one?

The information supplied prior to the concert was very useful.
The one main complaint is not being able to have been provided with a paper ticket. I had problems on entering the concert which held up people behind me in my queue as I couldn’t access my ticket using my phone. Fortunately one of the staff on the gate managed to do this for me. But the delay could have easily been avoided if I’d had a paper ticket.

The booking process was very easy and simple to follow and follow up about a week before the event.
Staff were very helpful on the night to help with the really poor Wifi that we had trying to access our tickets on Android phone.
The location was perfect, but if its cold take a coat and an umbrella if its raining as it is open air.

Amazing concert - Bruno Mars ‘The romantic tour’ - and the venue was very clean, helpful staff, great for disabilities and very clear signs to help you navigate the stadium/where to go.

Tried to sell my tickets I had purchased through ticketmaster and they never listed them until the day before the gig. Comunication from them was poor.

Very easy booking experience. The show was excellent. The venue was very good. My only criticism is when booking the balcony row A you should advise that leg room is extremely limited those seats are no good for tall people.

The event I bought two tickets to see never took place as the area was completely evacuated by the police...yet, according to Ticketmaster, my non-attendance was somehow my fault hence I was not entitled to any refund. They've literally stolen my money and there's nothing I can do about it.
