Excellent communication and no issues at Wembley

Very easy to use and download tickets to Apple wallet.

The sound was very good and although the stage was a little small for a venue so big, the sound and visuals really were better then many other big ones.

First time I have been at Wembley Stadium it was amazing & loved the venue.our seats were just perfect

Everything went very smoothly

We loved the concert but I feel like it would be so much more enjoyable if the floors were raised towards the back of the ground standing because me and my friend who went are only 5’3 so anyone who is taller than us and infront made is extremely hard to see which made it a little less enjoyable but still loved it just think that the floor for standing should be raised the further back you go. This was at Wembley stadium.

It was easy to plan everything based off the information that Ticketmaster gave me.

The booking process was easy from start to finish I particularly liked the fact that my tickets were available by one click on entering the venue. Wembley Stadium is a massive place but I believe the immense crowds were handled fairly and with control.
The seats were good we had a perfect view of Bruno Mars section 528 row 4

It was so great if I had the money I would of been there very night it was fantastic

Amazing . Bruno was insane the whole night was incredible . And couldn’t fault Wembley staff and facilities.

Ticket map was completely inaccurate. We saw the side of the stage and a side screen for 98% of the show. And the people next to us saw even less. Ticketmaster honestly need to do better because tickets aren’t cheap and just because not everyone can afford £££££ doesn’t mean they deserve a non-existent experience. Bruno’s vibes were the redeeming factor.

The show was amazing - Bruno / sound / effects all were outstanding. Minus having to wait in a queue for 3/4hr in sun even with booked seats / no water / daughter fainted. Not a great start. But v helpful staff. Food v average & expensive. But We will definitely be back !

App was easy to use, but admin and handling fees are extortionate. Paid an additional £70 in fees just for three tickets.

The ticketing process was stressful and it took 48 hours to secure tickets. The general information was good. The staff at the venue were professional and helpful even in the face of the health and safety restrictions related to water bottles.
Seating was good not cramped
The concert was amazing but that is in the artist control.
The nightmare was related to exiting and travelling home I live in south London it took over 2 hrs. A significant amount of time taken trying to leave the stadium
