Upgrade of phone difficulty in transfer of SIM & apps
Upgrade of phone & had difficulty with physical SIM transfer from previous phone. Attended 3 shop in Cannock & was assisted by Ben. What a credit to the company, polite, friendly & very professional. Within a short time problem was resolved. Excellent customer experience.

Arjan and Rich saw me on the day and they were brilliant. Very informative and explained everything to me
When my new phone arrived Rob did all the transfers from my old phone to my new phone. I would not of been able to do this myself. He helped reset all my apps and passwords
Great service from all the staff at the Cannock branch. Very polite and friendly. They put your mind at ease with all this new technology.

We went into the Cannock branch to see about upgrading. Ben looked after us so well. He explained everything fully and got us the best deal for our needs. Needless to say , we did upgrade and are very grateful for Ben looking after us 😊

Great people in store
Ben assisted us on first visit for a sim deal, then returned to switch to Three for broadband; Rich sorted this out for us.
Both so helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend calling in if anyone’s considering a change to Three.
