We're really sorry to hear your card has not arrived for the big day. Your order was sent out via Second Class post with our partners the Royal Mail. This is an estimated two day service, but they do admit a small number of items can take up to 4 working days to arrive. We can only apologise for this, we do our best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, but sadly some cards can get caught up in the postal system along the way. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused this time.

Highly recommend

Really pleased with the face swap card. It made the card really personal and I am sure that the recipient will love it.

Delivery was extremely quick and the quality of the card is excellent.

Super easy and reliable experience

I used to always buy my personalised cards from a company called Scribbler, however they stopped their customer calendar meaning I could no longer save key events such as birthdays and receive notifications to remind me to send cards. That’s where Thortful come in - I found out quite quickly that they have an upload tool that uploads all your birthdays and events from your phone onto your thortful account. This was brilliant and saved me a lot of trouble. Thortful have a great range of cards to suit all recipients and they are very reliable when it comes to postage and delivering on time. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Thortful and intend to carry on for a long time to come. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
