Ordered a pack of begonias via qvc uk and upon arrival they looked a bit tired. Once planted only 2 survived
Very disappointed and advised qvc ...could not send back obviously.

I've placed three orders with T&M this year - all have gone wrong.
1: Citrus tree ordered in January for delivery end Feb: after two advised delays finally delivered late April.
2: 9 Osteospermum plants ordered end April: only 3 delivered. Another 9 promised with an agreement to ship end June after my holiday. Product shipped early while I was away. Changed delivery address on courier's website but this was ignored so product was left behind a bin in roasting weather. By the time it was found 5 of the 9 plants were dead.
3: Pomegranate bushed ordered late April for delivery end May. Delivery date postponed twice and product still not delivered three weeks after second postponement date so cancelled order.

I ordered 2 tutti fruity hanging baskets on 2-7-26 for delivery on 11-7-26 then 24-7-26 then 31-7-26 then was told a few days ago they were no longer available. I needed them for my wife’s 80 birthday party on 1st August . Not very happy .

I was a bit dubious when my pre filled baskets arrived but within 3 weeks they are looking amazing! Would buy again next year

Took advantage of the great 5 for £12 offer on perennials and was not disappointed with my selection. Plants arrived in good condition and the size was as expected. The five plants arrived in two separate deliveries which was a shame as wanted to see them all together before deciding where to plant

Such a shame, The product and order was 10/10. But NEVER order from this company. When they have your email address the junk email adverts and sales emails are overwhelming and no matter how hard you try it won’t stop!! I’ve emailed and emailed , tried to unsubscribe but it doesn’t stop. Do not let this company get your email address!!!!!

I waited weeks for my order to arrive, only to find it was delayed. Once I’d waited past the date I should have received it, I got an email saying the order status was ‘cancelled’ No apologies, no alternative, nothing. Then I hear it’s going to take 7-10 working days to reimburse me.
Terrible service. Well, no service.

Three baskets were totally trashed

Always get good healthy plants from T&M. Always well packaged and protected. Never had any problems with replacement when necessary. Friendly and knowledgeable customer services

Purchase took a long time to get delivered and the plant looks dead. Hopefully it recovers.

If i could give 0 stars I would,placed an order end of June, arrived yesterday half the order canceled and refund only given when half the order arrived,I would say the hanging basket was not of the best quality flowers,I wont be ordering again thank you !!!

I expected delivery of 4 hanging baskets within a week of ordering but 3 weeks down the road was advised of new delivery dates. 3 baskets one week and the other the next. The contents of baskets already changed. First delivery dste missed and called asking whst happened. Was emailed next day and advised all bar 1 cancelled with refund due. Not received yet

Quick efficient service.
Replaced empty seed packet with no fuss or bother.

Delivery was labelled despatch next day
It was a week late. I had to phone and find out what was happening
20 minutes of my life I’ll never get back!

Wait long time for baskets . Than told can not deliver not very good
