A little disappointed that my order for the reduced price ready planted baskets, was delayed twice & then cancelled but understand if not up to their standards!

It was very easy to order Winter plug plants, following an offer. They will be delivered at the end of August.

The box has been broken on the side with a big hole. The plant had broken stems and leaves.

Only part of the order was able to be fulfilled, unfortunately. However, the flower basket the DID arrive was absolutely beautiful. And the refund on the remainder of the order was dealt with well. I would definateltly order again.

The order is now not due until end of August. I have just received an email offering alstromerias at £4 each: what a cheek! Please send my order without any further delay. another 3 weeks is too long to wait. If that is not possible, use the payment to supply as many of those at £4 as possible . Jean Milner

i think that it should be next day delivery not two days as some of the plants in the heat were almost dead.
perhaps this was a one off

I had a very good service and any concerns were dealt with straight away.

Customer service excellent after a slight problem which was quickly rectified.
Plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition and all are doing well .

My ordered bargain hanging baskets turned up looking very sad and broken, not like the advertised photos and after 1 week one started to recover, but the other has not. Customer service handled the matter very well to my satisfaction and offered a refund and an apology. Their customer guarantee is truly as promised. I went on to buy some other plants, hibiscus which came in much better condition.

3 out of the last 5 lots of plants have all died . Bare root and plug plants. I am fairly good with plantsI did everything right. But nothing . I emailed company but no response.

Used this company for a few years now and really pleased with it with quality/packaging/plants/choice of product.
I spend an absolute fortune every year as I’ve lots of pots/beds/wall troughs that need to look great as it’s also my business.
Recently bought busy lizzies/lobelia/spirea/love in the mist and all the busys have done so well-looks stunning and all the guests comment on the garden.
I’ve just written a new list as I’ve got a new flower bed to fill Nxt.
Any other supplier doesn’t seem to care so much and I’ve been disappointed, these guys are tried and tested.
