I ordered 5 chilli plants which were £1 each with free delivery, they were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition, they've grown welland are full of chillies, I couldn't be happier.

Bought the stilch to put around my plants.
Had it before and it does help retain moisture.
Next to arrive will be spring bulbs.

Delivered on time through Evri although delivered to work in the evening, luckily someone was still there and it was still alive next day, (paid extra for the gel). Plant was quite a bit smaller than expected so it’s going to take some time to establish. With delivery it made it expensive for the size, otherwise good.

I ordered a rhubarb plant. Third time lucky I was hoping as previous purchases from other companies have been very disappointing. It arrived well packed with leaves with a supporting stick. Also a sturdy box. It is now growing extremely well on my allotment, there seems to be a new leaf every day. I am very pleased and considering buying another. It was easy to order and quickly despatched.

i have lost 4 of the plants i ordered in just 2 weeks. one plant arrived looking like a dead twig, and has not survived. that is £12 worth of plants dead.

The plants I have received are top quality but unfortunately I had to chase Thompson &Morgan who mentions that plants will be dispatched in 48 hours after ordering but had to wait nearly 10 days for delivery I would have expected a courteous email informing me of a delay and the reasons why instead of me having to chase my order not great customer service

Order of Sunbeleiveable arrived to day . Dreadful condition of both plants - brown dying broken stems. Not happy at all considering the cost over nearly £ 45.
