Overbooked
Why keep selling tickets when there are no spaces or space on the train?
We had a train booked for 10:24am this morning which was absolutely packed due to the air show. We then waited for the next train and the driver wouldn’t even let people on. The third train was also ready to burst but yet you continued selling tickets at the platform and on the app knowing there was no spaces.
We then missed the event we were planning to go to and to top it off you will not refund the money for the tickets.

Always seems to be problems ! Our train was cancelled then a replacement bus was put on (Not the first time ) Bus to next station get on another train to then be moved to another 20 mins later ! Arrived to our destination 1 hr late so missed the first part of an evening wedding .

The journey was fine but not always the case. Unfortunately it’s very rare any seats are available at Market Rasen. I was lucky enough to board but have been refused numerous times. Surely it warrants more carriages. Its very concerning. But on this occasion I didn’t have to make alternative travel arrangements.

Additional costs to ammend time
I booked tickets well in advance but had to change outbound time, tried to cancel and book again, told couldn't cancel because of conditions, so ammeded time at a cost of £3.60. So wrong..

Sadly on this occasion, I noticed a few trains are bus replacement or a change, this is hard being disabled. Also it seemed more expensive than normal

Being a lady of a certain age and not the best with a phone it was with some trepidation that I accessed the Trainline app!!
However I found it very easy to use, found the trains that suited our journey perfectly, each step was explained and clear concise instructions.
