Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 18,505 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the ease and speed of the booking process, finding it straightforward and intuitive to use. Many appreciate the clear information provided and the ability to add tickets to digital wallets, making the overall user experience efficient and reliable. Reviewers also consistently find great prices for their tickets, often making significant savings compared to other options. The website's navigability and the immediate application of rail card discounts are frequently praised, contributing to an affordable and accessible service. However, some people mentioned issues with the amount of information on each page during booking and a desire for clearer indications when tickets are no longer available at a chosen price. A few other people also felt that the seat allocation could be improved, wishing for the option to self-reserve or change seats. Additionally, some customers were not happy with the requirement to enter their age to check basic information, perceiving it as unnecessary data collection rather than a tailored experience. There were also occasional mentions of confusion regarding ticket pricing for multiple passengers or return journeys.

Trainline Flex

Trainline offer a product called "Trainline Flex" and states cancel for any reason, 100% refund. When trying to cancel after buying this product it is not an easy process. It is sold and advertised as a different ticket type to a standard non refundable ticket but what it actually is, is a standard ticket with bolt on insurance, supplied by X Cover. This is stated in a very small box on the website and not immediately obvious. I had to spend about 3 hours total speaking to various people within trainline to get a resolution, at one point being directed towards the insurance company to claim the full amount, despite booking through trainline. I have managed to claim a partial refund from Trainline, and now need to claim separately from X Cover the difference.

My train from Leeds to London Kings…

My train from Leeds to London Kings Cross was delayed. The station announcement at Leeds said that we can claim a refund or part refund. Yet it is impossible to find out how to do this. The journey is not even registered in my account. Rip off.

Really good website

Really good website. Easy to use. Great to receive ticket as a QR code. It would be even better if the email or attachment had the faculty to add the ticket to Google Wallet. It would also be really good if London underground stations could be included as an arrival or destination point for your ticket. Is this possible?

Thank you.
