I use trainline quite a lot as my…

I use trainline quite a lot as my family live in England. I find the app really easy to use to purchase my tickets. Never had any problem with the company. I do experience over crowding on the trains a real problem.

I tried to purchase tickets at least 10 times on various search engines but at some point just before check out it kept stopping the reservation and said oops something went wrong try again. When I

Their customer support is non-existent

Their customer support is non-existent. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp chat but since the bot didn't help it transferred me to the human team at 6 pm. It's 8.20 pm and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Does it even exist or is it a joke? I wish I could attach a screenshot.

Easy booking good price

Easy booking good price. Only issue is one i have had previously. If arriving early, so potentially can get on earlier train... and there are free seats... so why cant i do that ??? Without extra costs????

Booked tickets from Nuneaton to…

Booked tickets from Nuneaton to Coventry Building Arena on 4 June to see take that
Going there was fine busy but ok but It's disgusting how we were treated on the return journey
No organisation not safe everybody all over the place & when the train arrived it was a frenzy people who got on the train were packed & sitting on tables we & a group of others couldn't get on trainline didn't arrange any alternative transport so we had to find an alternative ourselves
Eventually got home after 2 half hours & we only live 4 miles away
Complained to Trainline & requested a refund for the return journey NO RESPONSE BAD CUDTOMER SERVICE
