The customer help line does not help people with disability, I have spent over and hour and a half today with two different customer help people, because I was told to wait for an e mail that never arrived, to be to,d wait 72 hours to find out where my e mails may have gone. I explained I struggle with IT but the situation just got worse with everything the person told me to do.
I am assured my app and account have been deleted but they won’t e mail to confirm it.
Appalling and stressful process.

Travelling from Plymouth to Birmingham International using travel together discount card: using split save did not ensure sitting together. When we queried this with staff member on board, he dismissed us, talked over us and blurted "we should just sit in our seats". He was abrupt and did not listen. I hope he gets replaced by AI soon 🤔

I took a Trenitalia/ Eurostar roundtrip from Lyon to Amsterdam.
There was issue on the itinerary, which can happen, but trainline support was totally ineffective and not providing any solution to help me change tickets / get refunds.
It was more a burden contracting with them rather than taking the tickets alone.
