To get in touch with a person is impossible.
It is nearly impossible to get in touch with an actual person at ThePackengers. Their pricing appears to be entirely driven by an algorithm, which in my case provided estimates that were completely inaccurate. The main issue is that there is no real opportunity to speak with a representative and explain when their system is clearly wrong.
On top of that, the company seems to have little to no interest in engaging in meaningful customer service or resolving disputes. The complete lack of human contact and unwillingness to address obvious errors makes the experience extremely frustrating and impersonal.

Inflexible address system
The details for the address on the consignment form did not allow me to use the standard format as we only have a hoiuse name and no number. Consequently there was a delay with the delivery whilst DPD tried to contact us for further details.
