King-size bed delivery
Dave D & Stuart where really friendly and a massive help as they offered me advice that wasnt included in the instructions. This allowed for the assembly of the bed to go smoothly with no issues. I only wish that all delivery drivers could be as polite and helpful.

Very sensible delivery system
A nice oak unit at a competitive price. We liked their very sensible delivery system - there is an option to have your purchase unpacked, checked by the delivery team and once you are happy with it they take away the box and packing materials.

5* rating delivery team
5* rating is for the delivery team. Rob and Ian delivered our bookcase with care to the room that I asked. Very hardworking and both friendly. They phoned ahead to let me know when they were 30 minutes away which was great so I could plan ahead.
The bookcase had a couple of small defects so I do question the quality for the price but a nice piece to add alongside the media unit in same colour previously purchased. I wanted something to match.

The furniture unit I ordered is… hall console table
The furniture unit I ordered is perfect, and the communication throughout the process was straightforward and clear from start to finish. The delivery and assembly team, Rob and Ian, were polite, professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
