Great Service
First class service and only dropped a star because one item was damaged. It was replaced with no issues at all. You know how good a company are when things go wrong. Delivery guys were outstanding- Rob and Alan. Really pleased with the furniture too. These guys are getting something totally right and could teach others a thing if two.

Communication was excellent from the start of the order. Phone call day before delivery date to confirm delivery time, even though I had received an email. I opted to have my item put together. The drivers Joe & Kev were both friendly and professional, and arrived at the time given to me. The piece of furniture looks lovely, and is well made.

Rob and Alan were great
Rob and Alan were great, they phoned appropriately 30 minutes before delivery to let us know they were on their way. On arrival they offered to remove their shoes which we said was not necessary. They were both polite, courteous and tidy, quickly placed chest of drawers in bedroom, removed all packaging and left us to enjoy our new piece of furniture. A credit to your company, won't hesitate coming back when we need more furniture. Furniture quality first class.

Excellent service - have ordered from them before and they did not disappoint. Lovely piece of furniture which matched one previously ordered. The drivers Dave D and Alan had driven down from Cheshire that morning - unpacked furnitures and placed where required and took away all packing.
