My favourite coffee shop, excellent service for the 5 + years that I have been a customer.

As always ,great service and warm welcome and top quality beans. Superb shop with great " vibe" and reassuring stream of loyal customers and new visitors. A real credit to our Fair City.

Food is bland and drinks is same as in tin. Had a slice of cake stale and had a dog hair in. God knows why she let's dogs in a place that sells food and drink

I’ve been subscribing to The Bean Shop for some time now and they never disappoint… there’s a reason why I purchase my coffee from as far as Perth when I live in Southampton! My favourite is Colombia La Plata and is perfect with or without oat milk, although my go to is always without …it’s smooth and rich and is the perfect cup anytime ..I also use the amazing TOPL stroll travel mug to take my coffee to work with me and it never spills, continues to taste great, and never leaves my side ..delivery is always prompt and communication is efficient…

This shop sells a wide variety of excellent coffee from around the world with even a few organic choices.
The staff are super efficient, helpful and really friendly and the prices are really decent.
If you like real coffee this is the place to visit.

The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable on their products.
This was our first visit and certainly will be back .
I made an account with my email address and have since ordered beans online they were delivered very quickly . You also earn points which is a bonus .
We plan another visit soon as the aroma of coffee beans when you enter the shop is amazing.
We also purchased some cappuccino mugs so look forward to adding to our set .
They also do a coffee of the month
The coffee of the month was Kenya peaberry kisii estate .
And 2 of the beans are charity blends which are chas hospice and Scotland air ambulance which money is donated with every bag sold .
