Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with tennis in particular, was central to the establishment of Tennis Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of tennis matches. Tickets became increasingly difficult to get, causing the idea to expand the network to a wider audience than friends and family only. This is how something that started as a way to visit the best events ourself, has grown to Tennis Ticket Service. The platform to help everyone get those hard to get tickets.

Ordering for both men's semifinals in Roland Garros and service desk was very good. However I paid more than 750€ per ticket and then you see the original ticket price after print-out which is 250€. Not a bad markup :-(
I paid 10% surcharge for a rain insurance. At the end I didn't receive a refund although one of the matches has less than 2 hrs .. so read the terms and conditions carefully
Fantastic ticket service!!! I got great tickets to the french open at a fair price.
Ken from Florida
Excellent personal attention
Just a little to just to receive the tickets!
We had no problems at all with Tennis Ticket Service. We received the e-tickets about a week before the tournament, and everything went very smoothly!
Tickets worked and we had an amazing day!
If you purchase your ticket via a reseller, you should know that tickets are way more expensive. If this is what bothers you, I advice you to be on time and purchase tickets via the official website. Don't base your (negative) review on that.
Day One of the 2019 French Open Tennis went very well indeed. We got there early and we’re treated to a three hour match with Dimitrov and Tipsarevic and always felt very close to the action. The French Open this year has really made some excellent changes and it really felt like “an intimate setting” unlike The AUSTRALIAN Open that we normally experience—which is too big and too impersonal. We’ll be back!
Everything was excellent, except for one thing.
I would have preferred it if the tickets were sent to my email address a full week or more before the first day for which I bought tickets. That's because more often than not when I attend Slams I leave a week or more before the first day for which I bought tickets, This means I would have to rely on the hotel where I am staying to print them out. I would be more comfortable if I can already have the printed tickets when I go on this trip.
I pay for a ticket of Roland Garros 240 euro . De normal price is 55 euro. That is alnost fraude.
The tennis was awsome. Ticketservice was good. But sending only four days before de gameday is to late. Espacially when we go to Paris a week earlier. Printing de tickets van be difficult.
Tickets are overpriced by about 300% without explanation and without any prior warning. Fell completely and utterly fleeced - particularly as tickets weren't in the area highlighted.
Confirmation by Tennisticketservice only after request
Tickets had been changed just one day before event.
The tickets were not accepted, we had to go to a special counter to release the tickets. A very exhausting and time-consuming procedure.
And, by the way, tickets are totaly overpriced
Really easy to buy the tickets! This was my first time ever to grand slam tournament...
I remember booking the tickets at the time it said “Men quarter finals”... so I was really surprised to see Serena W struggling against miss Pliskova and Miss Osaka who will be in the finals! Great experience though!
