I made an order 2 weeks ago to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. On Saturday it had not been delivered. They do not do re-deliveries, so I got a full refund and a $25 coupon to use on a future order. Next day delivery would be $29.99, so never mind. Wish I could give zero stars.

After hours on a non-user friendly website setting up the order, trying to enter a promo code, then contacting customer service to enter the code, them telling me to put through the order and then they would apply the code, them not being able to pull up the order after it was placed despite sending the confirmation email of my order, then suddenly being able to after another big chunk of time and finally getting the promo code entered... They cancelled my order saying it could not be fulfilled with their network of florists. Why offer a product on your site that cannot be fulfilled? Why offer promo codes that cannot be entered? Why treat customers mourning the loss of a friend, trying to send something nice to the grieving family, this way? I will not be ordering from them again. Steer clear! 0 stars

The flower arrangement that was delivered to my mother looked nothing like the arrangement that I had ordered online. I spent so much money I will never order from this company again.

What is this? No money and no flowers! They are protecting me from what? I called them and they ask me place the order again and talk to my bank to try to get refund back in 10 days!!!! What???? Customers need to be protected from them! Never buy in this place!

Ordered on Tuesday for Friday Mother’s Day delivery. Friday tracking showed it with florist entire day , called Friday night to get and update but instead got an apology that they can’t deliver and have no florists in their network to deliver to the recipient address which is a residential home in large suburb bordering Hartford CT. No one called me. If I didn’t call at day end wouldn’t even know there was an issue.

Paid almost $100 for a Mother’s Day bouquet of flowers with a vase and they came in the vase, not bloomed and some of the stems broken. When I went to have this remedy, they will not replace the bouquet of flowers and they only offer 25% refund and 25% discount on a future order. Meanwhile my mother has the ugliest arrangement that looks like a child put it together and

I ordered what I thought to be a particular arrangement on Teleflora's website for our Anniversary.
To my surprise, what was delivered was NOTHING even close to what was represented on their website and I payed over $100.00 for.
Careful everyone, I would hate for you to experience what we went through. Avoid Teleflora like the plaque!!

I ordered the Passionate Purple Tulips (Premium) arrangement for over $120, and what was delivered looked nothing like the product advertised. The flowers were completely different in color, quality, and presentation. This is misleading and unacceptable. I reached out for support, and they did not offer a fair solution. If a company cannot deliver what they advertise, they should refund or replace the order at no additional cost, but Teleflora refuses to take responsibility.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. I received an email that the flowers were out for delivery at noon. I came home from work and flowers were not delivered but website said delivery can be up to 8pm... At 635 pm i received e-mail stating they were hand delivered when they never arrived.. I called customer service whom informed me they couldnt get in touch with the floristand offered me 25% off my next purchase hence no birthday flowers and no chance of me using them again....DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered for sisters 91st birthday on May 4th ( put in delivery on Saturday 2nd) they didn't arrive on the 4th at 11 pm at night and email said call so I did they said although confirmed the CC needed to be changed so did that then no flowers on 5 th , no email ,called on 7th they said delivery still waiting!!!¡! I cancelled. What a terrible company if $$ not returned I will go further. This was ordered by my husband for his sister,it was better I write review than him 😕

Do not use teleflora unless you don't care want is sent. I was trying to send an arrangement of all sunflowers because that is the persons favorite flower. Plus it was suppose to be a pick me up as to finish the school year strong. They got some arrangement that was half the size of the one I ordered so not even worth the $112 I spent on the original arrangement. There was not even 1 single sunflower in the arrangement and some of the flowers where already wilted. I did call to see what they would do and I got a tiny refund that did not even cover the tax and delivery fee. Go elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Teleflora. I placed an order early this morning for same-day delivery, expecting a reliable and timely service. Instead, my order sat unfulfilled all day with no updates or communication. Then, at the very end of the day—after it was far too late to make other arrangements—they canceled the order entirely.
What makes this even worse is that I now have to wait 2–10 days just to get my money back. That’s completely unacceptable, especially considering they failed to provide the service I paid for in the first place.
This kind of poor communication and last-minute cancellation is frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re counting on timely delivery for an important occasion, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be using Teleflora again.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. STAY CLEAR! Ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter who just got married !!.They claim it was hand delivered . My daughter said it was NOT delivered to her. I contacted them and they said it was hand deliverd and signed with initials. But it was not my daughter's initials . They delivered an over $100 arrangement to someone else. And will not make a refund or offer another arrangement. Their mistake, my loss. Never again will I do business with this horrible business who just hands an expensive arrangement to just anyone. SHAME ON THEM!!!
