Left my mom with nothing on mother's day!

Teleflora ruined my mother‘s Mother’s Day never got my order called six or seven times was promised emails that I never got. I called three days in advance to have this order ready. They promised it would be here by the 10th empty promises. This could be my mom‘s last Mother’s Day, and I wanted it to be special well so much for that. Stay away from this company stay far far away from this company. Let’s see if I get my refund now that’s gonna be a whole other fiasco watch anyway this company terrible terrible terrible.

Teleflora completely failed when it mattered most.
I placed a Mother’s Day order in advance for a major metro area, and their system showed it as “being fulfilled” until after noon on Mother’s Day, only to then cancel because they “couldn’t find a florist.”
By then, it was too late to replace the gift, as I live in a different state.
As someone working in supply chain and operations leadership, the issue here isn’t just execution- it’s a flawed system design. Allowing an order to remain in “fulfilled” status without secured downstream capacity is a fundamental breakdown in forecasting, network planning, and customer communication.
More importantly, there is an ethical layer here that affects both consumers and small businesses. Teleflora operates as an intermediary, routing orders to local florists who receive only a small fraction of what customers pay while Teleflora retains the majority in fees. That imbalance puts independent florists under pressure to accept low-margin, high-volume holiday orders they often cannot realistically fulfill- creating exactly the kind of failure I experienced.
The result is predictable for them as a cooperation but a gamble for us as the consumer due to overstated capacity, misleading order status, and last-minute cancellations that disguise the true lack of fulfillment capability.
For a business where Mother’s Day is their Super Bowl, this is unacceptable. A refund does not make up for a missed Mother’s Day gift or the lack of transparency. A 50% future-use coupon was offered, which felt insulting, and disconnected from the impact of the failure.
I will not use Teleflora again for anything + I would caution others who rely on accurate fulfillment and ethical treatment of both customers and local florists.

I ordered four bouquets through Teleflora for Mother’s Day weekend, specifically scheduling Saturday delivery because I work 12-hour nursing shifts and wouldn’t be home Friday. I also paid extra for Saturday delivery.
On Friday morning, one bouquet was unexpectedly delivered while I was at work. To the florist’s credit, they explained they had been told Friday delivery and even offered to come pick the flowers back up and redeliver them Saturday when I explained the situation. Thankfully, I was able to get someone to my house to bring them inside.
Saturday, I received confirmation that all four bouquets would arrive that day. Two more bouquets finally showed up around 9:30 PM Saturday night. While I understand Mother’s Day weekend is incredibly busy, delivering flowers that late at night is stressful, especially when I still had one bouquet completely missing and needed all four the next morning.
By Sunday morning, the fourth bouquet still had not arrived. I contacted Teleflora, and customer service was polite and did issue a refund after being unable to contact the florist. However, a refund didn’t solve the actual problem: I had specifically ordered four bouquets because I was seeing four important women on Mother’s Day. Instead of enjoying the morning, I spent it frantically driving to multiple stores trying to find replacement flowers at the last minute.
The bouquets that did arrive were beautiful, and I appreciate the florists who completed them during an obviously overwhelming holiday weekend. My frustration is mainly with the lack of communication, inaccurate delivery scheduling, and paying extra for guaranteed Saturday delivery that ultimately wasn’t honored.
Considering the already high bouquet prices plus substantial delivery fees, I expected more reliability and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order through Teleflora again.

DO NOT BUY - WILL NOT SEND ACTUAL ARRANGEMENT YOU PURCHASE
For Mother's Day I could not attend in person, so opted to send flowers instead. I upgraded the arrangement 'Premium' and paid $196 ensure it would look nice. To my horror when I get a text that they delivered, I see a drug store flower arrangement with some partially dead flowers that look nothing like what I paid for.
In calling Teleflora to either rectify this or get a refund for these junk flowers - I was offered a '25 % refund '. I escalated to the manager immediately, as the flowers sent weren't even worth the value of the refund. The manager ended up doing a full refund with a 50% off next order but after seeing what was delivered, i could not trust that they would send anything of quailty next time.
Absolutely absurd and terrible mothers day experience.

Horrible in every way! I ordered a well ahead for Mother's Day and they simply didn't deliver! When I called to ask for it to be delivered the next day they said no unless I paid again!! No offer of help in any way to get my Mother's Day order delivered. I don't know if I'll get a refund either. Avoid at all costs, shop anywhere else!

They decided late afternoon to leave me a voicemail that they didn’t have a flower delivery for my mother in law on Mother’s Day!! I could’ve just ordered on DoorDash but wanted to book ahead and make sure I’d have flowers for her… by the time I got the notice there wasn’t anything open. And the man Romeo that called didn’t care at all that I was upset!!! I will never consider them!!!

I would leave 0 stars but not an option!! They sent an email flowers were delivered but they weren’t and this was a day after they were supposed to be delivered and when I called to get the flowers delivered they said they could only refund me but they could send the flowers!! Unbelievable!! You can’t do what you say you are going to do what your company advertises it does!!

I made my order, then got an email stating that it was delivered when it wasn’t. They basically lied. When I called customer service of course it was in the Philippines wherr several uninformed and unhelpful workers basically told me I had signed for the order. When I asked them to send me a copy of it then they changed their mind that I hadn’t signed for. They only had a receipt from the Florist. They also would not give me the florist name in order to take care of this locally. then they said it would take 1 to 2 weeks to refund my money. Funny how it came out of my account in under 30 seconds when it was going the other direction. My wife is celebrating what may be her last Mother’s Day, and Telaflora ruined it. Absolutel y stay far away from this company as you can.

Garbage! Canceled my order without notice. No email, no text, no nothing! Will never use or recommend this service.

The Mothers Day arrangement (Bee Sweet Bouquet) was a hit. The online ordering process was easy, delivery was on time and the flowers were fresh and lovely.
What you order is not what you receive not even close - not in quality not in the way it's arranged not in the type of flowers shown. I paid for premium arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day that was delivered yesterday and what she received I wouldn't have paid $10 let alone $167 that I actually paid. I highly recommend calling a local florist in the area in which you want to send flowers and check out their website/reviews and order directly from them so if there's a problem you have someone to hold accountable. I absolutely positively do not recommend using Teleflora for purchasing flowers. All these third-party websites are the same Teleflora, FTD, 1-800 Flowers, what they are advertising is not what you get when they send the order to the local florist. Horrible experience I will never do that again.

I paid almost $150 for two arrangements on May 7 for delivery the Saturday before Mothers Day (which is May 10). I wish I had seen all the 1-star reviews before doing so, to have saved myself the necessity of writing my own.
One of the arrangements was delivered, while the other was not. It left me wondering, "What gives?"
But who can say since customer service is impossible to reach. Neither the "Live Chat" nor the 800-number is satisfactory--on hold with both for over an hour. Here's the cliffhanger: 1) where is the second arrangement, 2) will my mother actually receive it, 3) when will I receive a refund.
What's not a mystery: I won't ever use or recommend this service again no matter how many "you've got a coupon waiting!" emails I receive. Abysmal service for an important holiday.

I placed two orders to be delivered on different days to my two daughters in different cities. One was delivered on time. When the other hadn't been delivered on the day requested, I called Teleflora. Teleflora immediately refunded 25% of my cost and also gave me a 25% discount on future orders. Two days after the requested delivery date the flowers I ordered were delivered to someone else, the ones that were delivered were not the flowers I ordered, and the enclosed card was for someone else! Fortunately it was caught and the driver promised to return with the correct flowers and card. Eventually both my daughters received the flowers I had ordered for them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This has to be the single worst experience I have had. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day about 5 days ago. Set them up to be delivered on Saturday thinking that it would be a little less busy and there should be no excuses. After the 7pm deadline for delivery passed, I reached out to them. Only at that time did they say they would not be able to deliver the arrangement and simply issued a refund (at about 7:30 PM). No attempts to make it right. No attempts to get a different arrangement out or use a different florist. Just "oh well, here is your money back that we've been holding for almost a week." Do yourself a favor, do not use this service at all. Don't bother. Don't have any hope that your experience will be different than mine. Save yourself the headache. Go elsewhere.

Wrong flowers and wrong vase. Looked nothing like I ordered. Customer service is horrible. I will never trust them again.

I made an order 2 weeks ago to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. On Saturday it had not been delivered. They do not do re-deliveries, so I got a full refund and a $25 coupon to use on a future order. Next day delivery would be $29.99, so never mind. Wish I could give zero stars.

After hours on a non-user friendly website setting up the order, trying to enter a promo code, then contacting customer service to enter the code, them telling me to put through the order and then they would apply the code, them not being able to pull up the order after it was placed despite sending the confirmation email of my order, then suddenly being able to after another big chunk of time and finally getting the promo code entered... They cancelled my order saying it could not be fulfilled with their network of florists. Why offer a product on your site that cannot be fulfilled? Why offer promo codes that cannot be entered? Why treat customers mourning the loss of a friend, trying to send something nice to the grieving family, this way? I will not be ordering from them again. Steer clear! 0 stars
